Abstract:

Based on the government-sponsored economic production quantity(EPQ)model, this paper analyses technology patent storage problems in university-enterprise cooperation under the perspective of S&T-oriented small-micro enterprise, finds out the optimal number and cycle of patent research which can keep S&T-oriented small-micro enterprise the lowest cost of research and storage, then puts forward the future research direction.
