Abstract: This paper presents a negative pressure absorption system of climbing robots. Based on the utilization rate of the negative pressure climbing robot, the impacts of locomotion system adsorption forces allocation were studied. In order to solve the problems of sliding wall climbing robot's great power consumption and low efficiency design, a negative pressure generator of the low power consumption and high efficiency was investigated. After the analysis of robot's pressure needed and flow leakage fluid dynamics, the relationship between negative working pressure was established.Through the thermo dynamic analysis of the component process of state changes in suctions flow field was described, and the principles of the adsorption system were revealed. The results show that negative pressure can be stably generated and the system realize firmly adsorbing on wall. The theoretical and experimental result of wall climbing robot contributes to further perfecting the performance of robot.

Abstract: The paper proposed a nanomechanical measurements method according to insect parts biometric friction sound, the nanomechanical measurements were carried out on the cricket and grasshoppers wings, meanwhile, two common insects song signal were collected and the sound quality evaluation parameter vectors were constructed from it. The correlation analysis calculations were made between the nanomechanical properties parameters and the sound quality evaluation parameter vectors. The results show that the nanomechanical properties of biological materials have relevance with the sound quality characteristics, and the average correlation coefficient of the cricket is better, the crickets elastic modulus correlation coefficient with loudness were with the highest average correlation coefficient.

Abstract: According to insect biometric friction sound parts, the nanomechanical measurements were carried out on the cricket wings, the nanomechanical characterization testing analysis results with the sound parts of the friction were obtained and the sound signal extraction eigenvalues correlation with its nanomechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the nanomechanical properties of biological materials have a relevance with the sound characteristics, the average correlation coefficient between the nanohardness and the sound feature value vector is 0.8875, and the nanohardness is significantly better than elastic modulus parameters, the biological material nanomechanical properties has strong correlation with its sound friction characteristic, and a new method for the relationship between the nanomechanical properties and the insects sound signal friction mechanism are provided.

Abstract: This paper investigates a metamorphic mechanism that can be decomposed and expressed by group chain corresponding to the kinematic equivalence leading to equivalent kinematic function but with different configurations. The metamorphic process is implemented through metamorphic module combinations and corresponding reconfiguration operations. However, metamorphic module is a constitution of a group using intrinsic geometrical entities instead of frame-dependent motion matrices and considering the available kinematic pair structures, which has potential ability to degenerate as inherent components. Moreover, the kinematic sequencing can set up a model for metamorphic configuration characteristics and the topology variation can be operated by metamorphic module variation with the displacement group transformation and propagation. A metamorphic mechanism can be converted into various topological configurations with respect to kinematic metamorphosis of joints and links in terms of metamorphic modules based on set theoretic.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper aims at performing the structural synthesis for coil winders of the spatial 4-link type, therefore the atlas of new designs can be obtained. First, the design requirements and design constraints are specified based on the kinematics characteristic of coil winders. Then, the (4, 4) kinematic chains are obtained by number synthesis, and the atlas of feasible chains is generated. After that, the atlas of specialized feasible chains is found. Finally, all new designs are obtained through the particularization process, and two new design are found in this study.

Abstract: Bone is a dynamic living tissue that undergoes continuous adaptation of its mass and structure in response to mechanical and biological environment demands. In this paper, we firstly propose a mathematical model based on cross-type reaction diffusion equations of bone adaptation during a remodeling cycle due to mechanical stimulus. The model captures qualitatively very well the bone adaptation and cell interactions during the bone remodeling. Secondly assuming the bone structure to be a self-optimizing biological material which maximizes its own structural stiffness, bone remodeling model coupled with finite element method by using the add and remove element a new topology optimization of continuum structure is presented. Two Numerical examples demonstrate that the proposed approach greatly improves numerical efficiency, compared with the others well known methods for structural topology optimization in open literatures.

Abstract: Joint purchase is a new concept that came into being in recent years. It is gradually on the rise and development. In view of the unreasonable information structure about existing joint purchase website. In this paper, by using the research method of Ethnography, the lifestyles and behaviors of joint purchase groups are observed, and attributes of target groups are concluded. Users’ potential needs are tapped while qualitative data are analyzed with SCAT qualitative tool. Some needs’ factors and suggestions are given for joint purchase service system, and prepare for developing mobile application software about joint purchase.

Abstract: In order to provide references for people to design and purchase bottoms, this paper takes area 223 female college students in Hangzhou as the research object. We collect the human data by non-contact 3D body scanner and manual measurement. We also use SPSS18.0 software to analysis the factor of the data, extracting 4 factors to identify the feature of young female lower body. Then make cluster analysis of the 4 factors and classify the lower body into 5 categories. Combine with the waist full to complete size and type classification under GB/T 1335.2-2008.

Abstract: Experts hold the same opinion that the main processing mode of manufacturing industry in 2020 is based on CPC. Manufacturing industry information that CPC stands for is a significant signal of comprehensive competition. The paper suggests applying the extenics to the field of product development process ,setting up CPCs theoretical system and overall framework supporting technology, supporting the environment through supporting environment of simulation, developing a way in which an enterprise designs innovatively and adaptively for the product development process. And on the basis, a prototype system has been developed based on a web model to drive a rapid design, optimization and management of product development process of enterprises, which provides new ideas, methods and tools for enterprises to initiate the innovative model design and adaptive design for product development process.
