Causes of Nonconformity of IE Power-Driven Machines and its Solution

Abstract:

This thesis has applied IE principles and methods of flow chat, case and effect diagram, 5W1H, ESRS, etc., to analyze the problem of high percentage of products sent back for repair of a company’s flow line, and has found its cause. Further more, this thesis has put forward a solution to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing operation.
