Abstract:
The application of gradient elution in high performance liquid chromatography brings great convenience to separation of organic compounds. It has now become an important part of high performance liquid chromatography. How to achieve gradient elution is the key problem in separation of organic compounds. This paper discusses Dual-pump Gradient System which is used to achieve gradient elution and improve separation efficiency.
