Abstract: By the theoretical mechanics and mechanical principle simplifying the part of mechanical motion of the machine of rehabilitation for slider-crank mechanism, it can be inferred to obtain the calculation formula about rehabilitation exercise. The derivation is based on the motion trails, velocity and acceleration. According to the requirements of this machine, the analysis of the motion can be gained with MATLAB. So the influence of the size of each bar on the system of motion will be got based on the comparing analysis results. Moreover the sizes of this machine of rehabilitation can be determined. The result of this paper is provided some theoretical basis for further studying the motion of the machine of rehabilitation.

Abstract: In this paper, I design and develop a surface morphology testing system using Visual Basic language matched with the measuring instrument used in the production site to get the three-dimensional parameters. This system realizes that to get the parameters directly to show the surface morphology of the mill roll. At last, I analyze the testing data and confirm the correctness and practicability of the testing system.

Abstract: The digital camouflage technology is a new camouflage technique of military engineering. It sprays the Mosaic block of different color on the surface after permutation and combination according to certain rules. But in present, the current technology still takes artificial spraying method. This method cant adapt the present need of camouflage technique for military engineering whether spraying effect or spraying efficiency. For this reason, an intelligentized digital camouflage spraying device of cartesian coordinate robot is designed. The study could supply important references for theory research and project implementation of military digital camouflage technology.

In packaging materials for paper use is very extensive, paper products are easy to shape the body shape for easy printing and recyclable advantage. This paper study design of the paper packaging structural, combining paper packaging structural design applications to explore the paper packaging structural morphology and environmentalist design consciousness.

Abstract: Frost-heave and thaw-settlement of roadbed soil in highway will influence directly the durability, safe traffic flow and construction & maintenance costs in high-cold areas, therefore, recognizing and analysing the common embankment technologies of highway roadbed in high-cold areas accurately is significant to the effective controlling of project invest and the highway construction with limited funds in minority areas. The relations of Moisture Content and the freeze-thaw performances of roadbed fillers, subgrade soil were got respectively by experiments, and the results shows: Moisture Content has larger influence on the frost-heave and thaw-settlement performance of the soil. During the embankment of roadbed, the Moisture Content of fillers should be controlled nearby the optimum Moisture Content. The frost-heave and thaw-settlement occurs mainly in the subgrade soil, controlling the Moisture Content of subgrade soil is very important to improve the up-limit of frozen-soil, keep the stability of frozen-soil, control the thaw-settlement of roadbed and get rid of the roadbed diseases. Abstract: The introduction of the direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) technology in the field of communication is against the traditional ultrasonic machining power supply which does not have the multi-frequency tracking shortcomings to build a frequency conversion type ultrasonic power. Frequency conversion type ultrasonic power supply is based on DSP embedded system and adopts direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) technology combined with a software phase locked frequency of composite frequency tracking scheme to realize automatic search transducer resonance frequency and frequency automatic tracking function which can response the different characteristics of the transducer dynamical; With the use of phase shift control power-principle to realize the output power regulating function when the frequency changes and reduce the switching power loss; It provides an important reference for the design of new frequency conversion type ultrasonic power.

Abstract: In this article, discussed the traditional method of ultrasonic distance measurement , analyzed the main factors that restrict to impove the precision, and according to the energy attenuation of ultrasonic transmission, designed a measurement method based on rebuilding the digital signal waveform, this method solved the measurement precision problem caused by the traditional threshold method, the accuracy is no longer affected by the attenuation of ultrasonic energy, achieved the consistency precision in full range, makes the measuring accuracy is nearly one hundred times higher than the threshold method.

Abstract: Crack detection and monitoring has become one of a focus center for the health monitoring of engineering structures under the influence of mechanical deformation.This paper discusses the detecting, tracking and monitoring mechanisms for the crack, by initiating a sensing system by using a standard notched specimen. Crack features such as magnitude of crack travel versus crack opening are displacement indicators that can vary due to the applied load on the normal line to the direction of the crack travel. More ever, the rate of the crack opening is considered to be proportional to the rate of the crack travel.Lines of three optical fibers of 125 nm are embedded and fixed at two ends and pass across the direction of the crack travel at an approximation of 2mm apart. The light of 2V from the source is passed through the optical fiber, across the crack tip. The crack opening forces the optical fiber to extend under tension, and hence the interruption of its diameter. This causes the decrease in the light intensity traveling through the fiber till the total failure of the fiber, to declare presence of crack. The embedded fiber optics on the specimen links the instrumentation optical system which permits the light beam throughput. Finally the converted light beam into voltage domain allowed us to closely analyze the crack tendency, and eventually be able to establish a model and sensor equation which governs the trend of the crack growth.

Abstract: The design is WIFI wireless transmission module based on the control of MCU. It can achieve the point to point communication between WIFI modules. The design includes hardware schematics and wireless transmission process, describes the principle of WIFI wireless transmission based on the MCU. As it has many advantages like fast and stable, its application prospects will be broad in the life. The wireless transmission module circuit based on WIFI module was implemented in the paper. The main communication flow chart is described in detail.

Abstract: In this paper, a design of an automatic measuring instrument of dam horizontal deformation based on laser scan concept is introduced. According to the demand of the dam deformation monitoring, the design chooses STM32F103CBT6 as the hardware control platform, and the laser scan concept is introduced. The measuring principle, main hardware design scheme and software flow chart are introduced in this paper.
