Abstract: The wave measuring system can supply massive wave data information, but these data cannot be applied to navigation practice directly. This thesis set WaMoSII(The Wave and Surface Current Monitoring System) as an example , introduced the system and principle of WaMoSII, reprocessed the supplied wave measuring information, and established wave information database based on SQL Server. Through study on the MTF (modulation transfer function), it proved the distribution similarity between practical wave spectrum and the supplied frequency and spectral density information of WaMoSII, then we implemented the function that extracting relative spectrum information then transforming into absolute spectrum information automatically based on MATLAB program, it can provide convenience for wave measuring radar information for navigating application.

Abstract: This paper first introduces the meaning and mission of the economic evaluation of geological disasters,as well as the basic concepts of different economic evaluation, and then discuss the methods of economic evaluation of geological disasters, including multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and statistical data evaluation method, and gives the outlook of the economic evaluation of geological disasters.

Abstract: The structure-based pharmacophore (SBP) model is consisted by the complementarity of the chemical features and space of the interaction between the ligand and receptor. The SBP models always have a high specificity which can only represent the specific class of the ligand. To simplify the models, sub-pharmacophore was then proposed in present study, and was expected to have and only have the most important or the common chemical features which play the major role in the interaction of ligand and receptor. Sub-pharmacophore should contain 4-6 features, the higher specificity with more features, and vice versa. The sub-pharmacophore was generated by the random combination of features from the structure-based models. With the MDL Drug Data Report database used as the testing database, a new metric CAI (comprehensive appraisal index), which integrated the metrics of E and A%, was defined and used to determine the best sub-pharmacophore model. C-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNKs) is one of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family, and widely involved in immune response and inflammatory response, and other pathological processes. JNK3 is mainly distributed in the brain and nervous system. In present study, twenty-five initial SBP models of JNK3 inhibitors were directly constructed from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) complexes by the LigandScout software. Then, 1018 sub-pharmacophore models were obtained from the 25 initial models. Finally, the best sub-pharmacophore was determined which was simplified from the initial model generated from the 3FI2 complex, and included four features: one hydrogen bond donor, one hydrogen bond acceptor, and two hydrophobic groups. The metrics of E, A% and CAI value of the best sub-pharmacophore model are 17.47, 31.15 and 5.44, respectively. The potential JNK3 inhibitors were then identified from Chinese herbs with the best sub-pharmacophore model, and 286 compounds were obtained.

Abstract: As we know, the fatigue in metallic structures is getting more and more attention in many different countries. However, the current regulations are not systematic enough to determine how to manage a demonstrated risk due to fatigue. In 2011,FAA proposed the Advisory Circular (AC) 91-82A to develop the Fatigue Management Program (FMP) in order to establish a integrated fatigue management system. In this article, the author introduces the background and the concept of the demonstrated risk, also states the requirements in the process of developing and implementing the FMP. Nowadays, the cost of the new airplanes has meant that more fatigue management and more inspection actions should be taken in the process of assuring the safety of the continued airworthiness.

Abstract: The Pneumatic atomizing nozzle is quenching test professional nozzle which is designed for new quenching process taking high-pressure nitrogen gas water as quenching medium. It meets the requirements of high pressure nitrogen quenching process and reaches the requirements that particle size can be adjusted, flow spray field coverage angle is large, flow and pressure are adjustable and the amplitude of accommodation is big. The nozzle special for high-pressure gas quenching test is less and it can only be chose from other functional nozzles, having great limitations. The development of nozzle special for high-pressure gas quenching will have a certain role in promoting the popularization of high-pressure gas quenching technology and the development of nozzle technology.

Abstract: In the process of research and practice about quality management informatization, there are quality issues such as different functions and system integration. Quality management of assembly shop is the research object, by referring to ISA-95 standard, solve above problem by discussing function structure of quality operation management system. It is standardization and normalization, easy to change and configuration and good integration, it plays an important role on research and practice of MES and quality management informatization development.

Data mining technology can provide decision support for enterprises in the aspects such as the acquisition and maintaince of customers and the analysis of consumer satisfaction research research (CSR), to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. This article tells the application of data mining techniques in some areas of CRM.

Abstract: The price of real estate is influenced by many factors, and its the most important and the most direct reflection of the market of real estate,this study combines the historical prices with some other factors like the level of urbanization, based on that Kunming is the object of study, through establishing GM(1,N) model to forecast the Kunming real estate price, uses the method which combines the theory with empirical to research, and checks its accuracy, trying to make up for the short that we cant use the mathematic formula to describe the relation between the price and economically variables, compiling MATLAB command is to solve the tedious calculation of GM (1, N), hoping it can provide some guidance and scientific reference for the investment decision of the real estate.

Abstract: By choosing deferent initial approximation solutions and deferent linear operators, the nonlinear equation of the jamming transition problem (JTP), which is based on the Lorentz system, in traffic flow is discussed. The approximation solutions of the JTP are obtained using the homotopy analysis method (HAM). The method of choosing the linear operators and the initial approximation solutions, the corresponding residual errors and the influence of the boundary condition to the solution are studied respectively. By comparing the present results with the previous related studies, the conclusion is drawn that the HAM is superior to the differential transform method. The correctness of the theoretical analysis is confirmed by numerical simulation and the analysis of the residual errors.

Abstract: This paper presents a validation method of interpretive simulator based on automatic contrast Model, which can realize the functional validation in millions gates DSP project and reduce the workload of manual programming test cases. With the advantage of simple structure and easy to use, the interpretive simulator discussed in this paper have successfully remedied the performance problems through hardware acceleration to test sequence simulation.
