Abstract: To simulate biological activities of human visual system, we propose a curvelet-based image fusion method using unit-linking pulse coupled neural networks (ULPCNNs) model. Contrasts of detailed coefficients are inputted into the ULPCNNs to imitate the sensitivity of HVS to detailed information, and the contrasts are also employed as corresponding linking strength for the neurons. After motivated by external stimuli from images, ULPCNNs can produce series of binary pulses containing much information of global features. Then we use the average firing times of output pulses in a neighborhood as the salience measure to determine our fusion rules. Experimental results demonstrate that, our proposed method has a satisfying fusion result both on visual effects and objective evaluations.

Abstract: Common methods of obtaining the pedestrian movement parameters include the video processing and the manual statistics. Nevertheless, both the two ways may be complicated and time consuming. In this paper, we propose a new method to calculate the flow and count the number of pedestrians of exit-selection based on RFID technology. The proposed method is validated by comparing with the results obtained from the two different methods, the RFID method and the video processing. It is found that the identified rate of the reader reaches 90% and about 90% of the errors of exit time are less than 0.075. Besides, all the errors of exit time are less than 0.1. About 80% of the errors of exit flow are less than 0.1 and 90% are less than 0.2. It is also verified the new method is much easier than the traditional video processing and more time-saving than the manual process. It is hoped that, more data of pedestrian movement parameters can be easily and quickly extracted through the method proposed in this study.

How to make affordable housing for protection of the population can not only afford but also comfortable stay, developed pricing is the most important issue of its construction, it relates to the different interests of the class, a scientific and reasonable to take into account the different interests sectors of the pricing model. It helps to achieve social stability, improve the construction, regulatory and pricing mechanisms of affordable housing, and has a theoretical and practical significance.

Abstract: In this study, capabilities of zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films in sensing and actuating were investigated using micromachined micro-cantilevers. A heterogeneous piezoelectric cantilever was modeled to study its response under voltage and/or external mechanical loading. A ZnO thin-film micro-cantilever was designed based on the developed theoretical model. Simulated tip deflections of the micro-cantilever were on the nanometer level under typical electrical and mechanical input. A prototype was fabricated with microfabrication techniques. The ZnO thin film was sputtered at room temperature and demonstrated good compatibility with common chemicals and processes in micromachining. The fabricated micro-cantilever was experimentally characterized for its actuating and sensing performance. For actuator characterization tip deflection of the micro-cantilever was detected by a laser Doppler vibrometer, while for sensor characterization the micro-cantilever was calibrated as an acceleration sensor using a reference accelerometer. The experimental resonant frequency, actuating and sensing sensitivities agreed well the design specifications.

Abstract: By tracking a beacon ball with theodolite and radar synchronously to inspect the accuracy of ra-dar data is one of the common calibrating methods without calibration towers at sea. Relied on some com-plications, the theodolite which acts as the standard in the precision test can not following the track of a d-ynamic target continuously for a long time. So the present processing methods based on isochronal interv-als can just make use of less continuous data. Upon that a new dynamic adaptive checkout method is introduced. It solves the problem of outliers-eliminating automatically among a great deal of data at unequal in-terval time by three culling steps. The results indicate that this method can eliminate outliers in beacon ball tracking data and make batch processing base on uncontinuous data implemented effectively. Not only the data quantity has been increased, but also the data process efficiency has been improved.

Abstract: Most two-components Chinese characters are pictophonetic characters, which have one component to indicate the sound, named as the sound-element, while the other to convey the meaning, named as the meaning-element. With the development of speech sounds and character radicals, sound-elements cannot indicate the pronunciation precisely as before. In this paper, we will use similarity matrices to calculate the pronunciation indication of sound-elements, and classify pictophonetic characters with cluster analysis method. It is innovative to apply mathematical model to the research of Chinese characters, and our research will not only provide reference to normalization of modern Chinese characters, but also help to achieve better results in teaching or learning Chinese as a second language.

Abstract: To explore constraints on outward foreign direct investment £ ̈OFDI£© from China enterprises, this thesis analyzes the relationship between OFDI and financial development. Theoretical analysis of extended AK model and Geweke causal decomposition test show that financial development significantly related to the OFDI from China enterprises and financial repression is a constrain on OFDI to some extent. To promote fair, reasonable, orderly and sustainable development of OFDI from China enterprises, we should pay attention to not only the temporary strategies, such as policy-based finance, development finance and administrative action, but also to the promotion of financial development itself.

Abstract: In this paper,X city's tobacco logistics distribution center is taken as a research subject.Firstly,the author used the availability analysis method to do the reliability analysis of the good receipting and being put in the storage process of this logistics system,a discrete model of the system's reliability based on the Markov process was being put forward .Then, the Markov state transition matrix was being worked out in order to get the computational formulas used to work out the steady state effectiveness and the failure rate of this system.Meanwhile, it also evaluated the reliability of this system and gave the improvement suggestions.

Abstract: The current manner in which engineering data, especially the structural details of buildings and infrastructure, is managed is highly inefficient and leads to a wide variety of unnecessary costs and risks. The revolution in Building Information Modelling (BIM) has given designers the ability to perform useful technical analysis on lifelike models and representations of a future structure. Consequently, the quantity of information being produced for a typical project, and the cost of producing that information, has increased substantially. This is driving a shift towards better systems of data storage and sharing. It is the contention of this report to demonstrate that structural design is a process which can be largely divided, automated, and outsourced. The conclusion reached is that a Building Information Model, when linked with a Geographical Information System (GIS), could provide enough information to conduct the entire design process. It is upon this basis that a radical new system for the post-construction storage and sharing of BIM is proposed.

Abstract: The safety of agricultural products is a hot issue concerned by the whole society. Safety system of agricultural products is regarded as complex adaptive system in this paper and after analyzing the attributes and behaviors of Government Agent and Farmer Agent, these Agents are all seemed as adaptive agents and their behaviors follow the stimulus--response model. Besides, rule of obtaining profit, rule of changing production strategy, rule of changing honesty and rule of farmer moving are also established. Then based on these rules, a computer program for the system model has been done by Java on Swarm. And through changing the relevant parameters and variables in the model, the measures to improve the safety situation of agricultural products in China are obtained.
