Abstract:

Speeding up developing and using the new energy is becoming the strategy, which can ensure the supplies of energy, but development of new energy has limit by many factors, such as resource, technology, policy and cost. This paper analysis all kinds of factors of new energy for power generation, according to factors to making some countermeasure and suggestion.
