Abstract: Based on diatomite as modifier, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene as compatibilizer, wood flour as reinforcing material, through single screw extruder, diatomite based wood plastic composite was prepared. The results show that: compared with one-grade-diatomite (OGD) and two-grade-diatomite (TGD), mechanical properties of the composites prepared by calcined diatomite (CD) are better, tensile strength and impact strength reached 46.9MPa and 20.1MPa. With respect to the diatomite types, it is more significant for the effects of MAPP mass on the mechanical properties of composites. The amount of MAPP was controlled in 4%, the mechanical properties of composites are better. The study of rheological properties showed that, the flow property of composites produced by calcined diatomite is better; the interface of the composite components is closer and more superior processability.

Abstract: Related trials in the treatment of high concentration desulfurization dust were operated in order to optimize the parameters of bag filter, established a set of data fit to semi-dry flue gas desulfurization dust, processed simulated flue gas with a concentration of SO2 600mg/m3, adopt filtration velocity between 0.63 ~ 0.98m/min, injection pressure between 0.3 ~ 0.4MPa, injection time between 200 ~ 300s. The experiments proved that the selection of the filtration velocity about the treatment of high concentrations desulfurization dust should be distinguished from the general cases. In addition, pulse pressure also should not be too high.

Abstract: Backfill is needed after putting pipes in the trench and the stress changes with the change of overburden compaction multiplier. We use CAESAR II to do stress analysis and draw the reasonable overburden compaction multiplier on a gas pipeline. By changing the soil overburden compaction multiplier and comparing pipes mean stress value, when the overburden compaction multiplier is set to 3, operation, primary and secondary stress ratio would reach minimum. And with the increase of overburden compaction multiplier, the stress ratio increases slightly.

The loss management system can realize power loss measurement, on-line theoretical computation of line loss, line loss analysis, line loss policy and so on. These functions can support the whole process of Henan line loss management.

Abstract: An autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion (ATAD) and its kinetics were studied for pretreatment of waste Klebsiella pneumoniae strains from 1, 3-propanediol (1, 3-PD) fermented product. The total suspended solids (TSS), pH value, Redox potential and temperature variation by self-heating were investigated, including the numbers of pathogens. The results showed that TSS removal ratio and the temperature reached 62.75% and 65 °C respectively. Besides, the pathogens removal ratio was 100%. By using a patch-typed process of ATAD for pre-treating waste Klebsiella pneumoniae strains from 1, 3-propanediol, TSS removal ratio can reach 65.0%, solids retention time of 13 d. The relative deviation between the calculated and experimental values is less than 12.80%, and the results from the kinetic model developed for the ATAD process had a good agreement with the experimental results.

Abstract: This study reports laboratory measured thermal conductivity values of sandstones from 4 wells (predominantly hydrae exploration boreholes). The objective of the present work is to report the values of the thermal conductivity that were measured in the cores from the borehole that was estimated for the geological formations intercepted by it. The measurements were made on drill cores using the guarded parallel-plate apparatus at a temperature range from 285 to 290 K at Atmospheric pressure. Bulk thermal conductivities of sandstones corrected for in site thermal conditions range between 2.1 and 2.8 W/m/K. In general, the estimated uncertainty of the Effective thermal conductivity measurements is 2%. These data can be used for design of gas recovery form gas hydrate using heat injection technology.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to check the effectiveness of microelectrolysis for the pretreatment of a municipal landfill leachate with the objective improving its overall biodegradability, evaluated in terms of BOD5/COD ratio, up to a value compatible with biological treatment. The best microelectrolysis operational conditions for achieving the desired COD values were: pH=2.0; granular activated carbon (GAC) =10 g/L; mass ratio of zero iron (Fe0)/GAC=2:1; reaction time=90 min. The BOD5/COD was significantly improved from 0.12 to 0.31, which allowed an almost 85% removal of COD by a sequential activated sludge process. The results show that the microelectrolysis is a promising technology to improve the biodegradability of mature landfill leachate.

Abstract: In Different surfactants in combination with some inorganic salts were used to improve wetting behaviors of coal dust in this paper. It shows that wetting capability of the coal dust could be improved by addition of surfactant. The improvement due to surfactant use is like: JFC>OP>SDBS. In the mean time, the improvement of the inorganic salts is like: Na2SiO3>Na2SO4>CaCl2>NaCl. The further investigation demonstrates that the more Na2SO4 is used, the better wetting of coal dust is bility is.

Abstract: In this paper, the adsorption properties of oil-containing wastewater on Fly Ash (FA)were investigated. The effects of contact time, adsorbent dosage, pH value and the temperature were examined. The equilibrium adsorption data are analyzed using Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms. The Langmuir isotherm fits the experimental results well. The study indicates that FA is a potential adsorbent for oil-containing wastewater treatment.

Abstract: Using the self-made initiators, starch as basic material, acryl amide (AA) and 2-acryl amide-2-methyl propane sulfuric acid (AMPS) as raw material, a new starch graft of high temperature resistant scale inhibitor is synthesized. Through the indoor experiment, the optimum process conditions of polymerization reaction is confirmed: the initial monomer concentration is 30%, m (ST): m (AA+AMPS) =3:7, m (AA): m (AMPS) =7:3, the dosage of initiator is 0.1%, T=45 °C, t=5h. The graft copolymerization product is gotten with the monomer grafting rate is 96.5%, the conversion rate is 97.6%. The infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy is used to characterize and analyze the product.
