Abstract: Using improved K-means clustering method to remove snowflakes in video images getted in snowy day is put forward. According to the brightness changes of the image, we clustering estimate brightness changes of all the pixels in the image by using background brightness values instead of the brightness values of the snowflakes to achieve the goal of removing snowflakes. The results of experiment show that the processing effect of the method is very obvious for light snow and heavy snow, and even storm snow.It can get good results.

Abstract: Image fusion algorithm based on principal component analysis (PCA) was proposed in this paper. The algorithm make use of the characteristics that the principal component decomposition can retain the main information of the original data, it get covariance matrix, eigenvalue and eigenvector of covariance matrix from the source image. Then we can get the weighted coefficient and fused image with the help of eigenvalue and eigenvector. Simulation result shows that the better image quality is obtained in the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: In order to transmit temperature and smoke signals timely and accurately in the fire alarm system of community, design one kind of wireless fire detection and alarm system, which is based on the wireless communication technology, ZigBee. When acquisition module receive the signals which come from the wireless data acquisition module which connected the room with temperature detection module, and then, send to the nearest backbone transceiver module, the defined center module receive the signals, at last, the signals are local-stored or transferred to fire center by GPRS. This design with the characters of low price, high efficiency and reliable, has a certain market.

Abstract: Feature extraction was a critical stage of image retrieval. For the characterization of the contents of an image could be directly affected by feature extraction. The single feature of images could not fully express images content information, make that the precision of Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) be limited. To overcome the short points, texture information was used in the CBIR. The image color feature and texture feature were comprehensive extracted. And an image retrieval system was developed under MATLAB platform. The new method was simulated and verified by MATLAB.

Abstract: The underwater sonar image segmentation has been a topic of research for decades. Underwater sonar image is based on the interaction by the echo signal of sound toward the underwater objects or targets. Because of the serious noises polution and the dim target edge, the contrast and resolution of sonar images are obtaind in a decreased quanlity. This paper proposes an improved snake model that focuses on solving underwater target detection and recognition. According to the traditional snake model, it is defined as an energy minimizing spline which is influenced by external constraint forces, and it can guide the image forces to pull toward features, such as lines or edges. Compared with the traditional snake model, this snake model greedy algorithm can converge to the contours more quickly and more stably, especially in complex underwater environments. Examination of the results shows that using snake model greedy algorithm has a more clear shape accuracy.

Abstract: This paper established the mathematical model of Logistics distribution routing problem,and departed the multiple vehicle routing problem into a single vehicle distribution problem with the save mileage method ,then the ant colony algorithm were used to optimize the single vehicle distribution problem. Finally through a case shows that the model for the practical application of logistics distribution has certain reference significance.

Abstract: Music-likeness is an indicator for evaluating temporal structure properties of environmental soundscape, of which fuzzy set membership functions are constructed on the basis of 1/fγ behavior of selected music fragments. The temporal dynamics in intensity and pitch vibrational sequences of Western Classical Music and Chinese National Music were analyzed by fitting their fluctuation spectra. Data comparison and statistical results show that temporal structures of these music fragments are geared towards 1/f behavior on the whole, but the probabilistic distributions of several parameters have significant difference between these two cultures. Finally, two suggestions on expansion and modification of music-likeness were presented on the basis of analytical results.
