Abstract: This paper developed a resistivity measurement system on the platform of in-situ detector which based on seafloor drilling machine. In order to precisely process the weak voltage signal which outputted by the resistivity probe, the paper carried out the cross-correlation algorithm theoretical derivation and MATLAB simulation, then ported the algorithm to TMS320F28069 DSP processor and designed hardware. A mass of contrast experiment shows that the cross-correlation algorithm is an effective method to process weak signal. It can improve accuracy and anti-jamming ability of the submarine sediment resistivity measurement system. The method of submarine sediment resistivity measurement can be widely used in fields of marine geological survey, marine environment research, etc.

Abstract: With the wildly application and development of CAN bus technology in the electric vehicles domain, the majority of domestic automobile manufacturers will introduce CAN bus to more and more cars, and the techniques and methods of testing these cars also need to be updated and developed. The traditional means of detection and diagnosis, cannot fully meet the need of the cars' production test, maintenance and diagnostics of body distributed control technology. In this paper, a scheme of the system with a portable computer is establish for the practical application to the EOL CAN bus test, and then design and research of the testing system software are followed. To develop establish the system scheme, we study in depth and explore test methods and management, and design two test modes which are manual monitoring mode and automatic monitoring mode in view of the practicality and re-usability of the test system. In the process of system software development, we program in LabVIEW, make a research and optimization of Microsoft office accesss database connection for both software, and design user interface program of database maintenance and management finally.

Abstract: This paper puts forth an overall plan of integrated control system based on PLC and touch screen according to the technological requirements of wire ropes cleaning and detection line. It introduces an automation control system composed of two parts by touch screen and PLC automation control system. The core of the control system is the PLC which uses I/O to achieve the control of the switch. Touch screen communicates with PLC by means of RS232 to complete all parameters input and actuators operations. First, it designs various modules of the hardware circuit according to the general scheme. PLC controls rough brush motor, high-pressure water cleaning motor, water drying valve, oil drying valve through I/O module. PLC controls take-up motor by D/A output module. It uses temperature controller to realize automatic heating control in the process of water heating and oil heating. At the same time the temperature controller communicates with PLC by means of RS485. Then, it designs the software of PLC control system which adopts the idea of modular design. As to the software of PLC control system, many programs are designed such as manual control function, automatic control function, communicating function and so on. Finally, it designs the Human Machine Interface system which completes many functions such as manual control operation, automatic control operation, parameter setting, system diagnosis, historical records and help system. The system makes the automation and intellectualization to be realized. It can monitor parameters real-time and improves production efficiency.

Abstract: Error detection and compensation technology is an economical and effective method for improving the precision of CNC machine tool. The paper established the geometric errors model of three-axis CNC milling machine based on homogeneous coordinates transformation theory. Error detection is tested by digital ball bar and error compensation software is developed for XK7132 milling machine, the compensation effect is evaluated by a laser interferometer. The results show that the precision of CNC milling machine is improved effectively by the proposed method.

Abstract: Matrix cone angle is an important parameter in the ironing stretch process of two-piece can body. On the base of analyzing the ironing stretch technology, finite element simulation method with ABAQUS software was applied to simulate ironing stretch process of can body, the influence of matrix cone angle on ironing stretch technology was analyzed quantitatively, and then the reasonable range of matrix cone angle was recommended. The result indicated that the best range of matrix cone angle is 6°~9°, which can provide reference for the mould optimization and technology formulation.

Abstract: According to the structure optimization of combined extrusion die, using finite element method to establish parametric model and optimize the combination die, compare the results with the result of Lame formula to prove the correctnesss of finite element method; and adjust the structure of concave of die basing the optimal result, so as to reduce the stress concentration and the maximum equivalent stress value on the concave mould, and thus the life-span of the die is prolonged.

Abstract: Design a mini-type machine to be broadly used for the handling of the heavier crops aiming at the problem of labor shortage in the countryside. This facility is composed of elevator mechanism, rotation mechanism, capture mechanism, traveling car etc. The general structure design to this mini-type handling machine is given and the stress analysis and calculation to the major structure is conducted; it can greatly reduce labor intensity, raise production efficiency and working quality.

Abstract: Quality analysis in manufacturing must use quality measurement data as the premise, degree of accuracy of quality characteristic measurement results depends on measuring system capacity and performance. The purpose of this paper is to study five analysis of variance of the measurement system which apply in the production site. With MM-60 microscope measurement system as an example, through data collection, evaluate its measurement capability, give the report that the measurement system meets the measurement requirements in production, in order to inprove quality control of product on production manufacturing.

Abstract: Since robots began to inter the medical fields, more research efforts and more attention have been given to this kind of robots. In this paper six degrees of freedom surgical robot was studied. The Denavit-Hartenberg parameters of the robot have been computed and 3D model has been built by using open source robotics toolbox. The paper also discussed a closed form solution for the inverse kinematics problem by using inverse kinematic decoupling method.

Abstract: Build the model of motocross-style helmet with a dual - density and series-parallel EPS buffer layer and trial-produce helmet samples. Establish the impact experiment of the helmet model and obtain the values of HIC and Peak ACC based on the testing regulations of ECE R22.05. According to the analysis of the test results, the influence law of different EPS material densities to cushioning effect of the helmet was analyzed specifically. Experimental results show that the minimum values of HIC and Peak ACC can be obtained when the density of EPS is designed to be 0.06g/cm3; a dual - density and series - parallel EPS buffer layer has higher than 76 % of the energy absorption efficiency, and this buffer structure well reduces the values of HIC and Peak ACC, and provides effective protection for the head.
