Abstract: For the development research for a new 8 step speed automatic transmission, a simplified dynamic model for this transmission was established. Aimed at four basic shift types, the ideal characteristics of shift clutch and engine control were set up. By using torque estimation method, PI slip control algorithm and engine coordinated control principle, the control model were developed for two main shift phases which are torque phase and inertia phase. The test on the rig and vehicle verified the accuracy and feasibility of this shift control strategy. The development model and algorithm have a high value for engineering application.

Abstract: This paper presents a study of the tandem piston synthetic jet and its effect to the internal flow fields of the S-induct excited by the actuator using numerical simulation. The three-dimensional unsteady Reynolds averaged N-S equations and second order upwind scheme are employed. Structure grids are used for the computational model. Firstly, we numerically simulate the synthetic jet characterized by blowing and suction simultaneously and analyze its synthetic jet performance. Secondly, we apply this synthetic jets actuator to the S-induct, finding that the synthetic jets actuator makes a great effect to the S-induct. Results show that the secondary flow becomes weak, besides, S-induct total pressure recovery coefficient of the exit has improved at some extent.

Abstract: A kind of new dynamic modeling method is presented based on improved genetic algorithm (IGA) and wavelet neural networks (WNN) and the principle of algorithm is introduced for a new type robot wrist force sensor. The dynamic model of the wrist force sensor is set up according to data of the dynamic calibration, where the structure and parameters of wavelet neural networks of the dynamic model are optimized by genetic algorithm. The results show that the proposed method can overcome the shortcomings of easy convergence to the local minimum points of BP algorithm, and the network complexity, the convergence and the generalization ability are well compromised and the training speed and precision of model are increased.

Abstract: In this paper, the stabilization problem for the 3 Degree of Freedom (3-DOF) hovering system of Quadrotor with actuator faults is investigated. To handle the helicopter system, an H robust fault-tolerant state feedback control is proposed. In addition, an adaptive method is combined with fault-tolerant H control to improve the flight performance. A more practical actuator fault is built, and the model of the system is presented. The design operates in Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) technique. Finally, the design was verified on both MATLAB and 3-DOF platform to exam the feasibility and stability of the method.

Abstract: In the closed-loop logistics network, in order to ensure the reusing degree of the collected used-products, its needed to test and evaluate the used-products that are waiting for being collected. This will inevitably appear errors of the status inspection, thus affecting the optimal values of the closed-loop logistics network. In this paper, a closed-loop logistics network planning model with detection errors is established, and the impacts of the detection error rates on the optimal solution of the logistics network have been analyzed.

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the welding of equal linear velocity of CNC welding machine, this article expounds the calculation of nodes by equal-error method to approach plane curve of cam contour with helix, and some characteristics of the method in the Welding process. Calculating by VC++ Program, we can find the distribution of maximum error and the nodes of plane curve of Cam Contour with CNC welding system of this method. With the system, the program can simulate the trajectory of the soldering point.

Abstract: Intelligent procedure expert system was developed to select appropriate GTAW procedure in this paper. First, the function design and implementation methods of the welding procedure expert system were introduced. The expert system can present the welding procedure card, multimedia display of welding process, and output function to makes the data sharing more convenient. Then, the database design of the welding procedure expert system based on C/S mode was presented where the expert knowledge was stored. At last, the neural network model was established to realize procedure selection based on the neural network learning ability and the welding case from the database. With the BPNN model, the welding parameters can be obtained based on the input welding conditions.

Abstract: Metrorailtrain safetyguarantee and accident preventive measures become more stringent as severity of collisions and derailments happens frequently. Aninnovative safety monitoring and early warning network technology is discussed. This computing environment named Centralnode is used in several Metrorail trains under working condition. It integrates trains real-time dataaccording to aspects of vehiclesinterconnection, function service models and characteristic, uniform storage structure, circulation mechanism, diagnosis fusion interface. It improves the vehicles fault diagnosis accuracy and effectiveness.
