Abstract: Marine pumps take-off and landing platform is one of the important parts on the dredger, with its high performance, high benefit, make the pump under complex conditions running steadily, work safely and reliably, to ensure that the concentration of desilting. Its finite element model was established by applying the software ANSYS, the static analysis and buckling analysis of the model was carried out, the bench structure was improved according to the results of the analysis, in order to predict the performance of the work at the design stage, and provide theoretical basis for structure optimization design platform.

Abstract: This paper studys an intelligent control system based on micro-computer in order to rope wire in a winch. It introduces the constituent parts and work principle of the system, analyzes moving direction rules of the rope-aligning device, calculation method of step number and speed regulation algorithm of the stepping motor. The system can adapt rope-aligning speed and distance to the wire diameter and the roller rotating speed. With good characteristic such as regulating speed quickly and smoothly, following roller rapidly and controlling itself intelligently, the system will be widely used in the future.

Abstract: Total thrust on shield tunneling machine is the most important mechanical quantity, while its also the core parameter which can reflect the geological adaptability of the shield. Mechanical model of total thrust is established by applying the mechanical analysis firstly. Multiple regression method is applied to indentify undetermined coefficients of mechanical model. Based on the on-site data acquired from Rd. TieDong to Rd. ZhangXingZhuang of Tianjin No.3 subway project, regularity and compositions of model residual are discussed and inverse identification model of total thrust is further proposed. The comparison between identification results and the on-site data verifies the feasibility of inverse identification model. Analysis results indicate that inverse identification model can dynamically reflect the relationship among total thrust, operating parameters and geological parameters. This work can offer helpful references for thrust selection and real-time control.

Abstract: There are some characteristics about CNC milling machining centers, such as the procedures are concentrated, the procedure steps are complex, the machining cost is expensive and so on. A mathematical model was established to optimize the process route for machining center NC milling manufacturing. It wants to make the time of machining a single part is shorter or the cost of machining a single part is lower. A using example was given.

Abstract: New-typedenergy-saving conductor can obviously increase conductor conductivity ability, and reduce the transmission losses. But for the changes of structure and surface properties, its load and the vibration impact characteristic are not enough comprehensive, so it is difficult to effectively guide the energy saving design of the conductor. Making use of the wind tunnel test, the aerodynamic character of various conductorsare obtained for single,double, four and six bundle conductor. The result of research is benefit for the far-ranging application of energy-saving conductor.

Abstract: In the process of describing the degradation process of battery of electric vehicle, degradation models under dynamic running conditions need to be analyzed in order to effectively forecast the remaining useful mileage and life of battery. This paper proposed a new method of pattern recognition based on ART2 network to distinguish the degradation mode of the battery of electric vehicle. First, the degradation mechanism is analyzed of the battery to extract the features of degradation process. Then the learning process of ART2 is designed for recognition of the degradation mode. After that, HMM is applied to research the dynamic changes of the degradation mode and predict future degradation mode sequences. Finally, experimental analysis based on batterys charge and discharge data proves the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: To meet the requirements of improving design efficiency and decreasing technique mistakes in the enterprise whose productions are customized by users, a method is introduced to develop CAD/CAPP integrated system. The functions of the integrated CAD/CAPP system developed according to this method include 3D modeling automatically assembled, 2D engineering drawing automatically drawn, process planning sheets automatically filled and parameters of key parts checked and optimized. This method is based on adding special features to the 3D modeling. An example CAD/CAPP integrated system of Metal Bellows Expansion Joints (MBEJ) is developed by using VisualBasic6.0 based on SolidWorks platform. This system can design MBEJ part parameters per GB/T12777 standard. These parameters have been used to generate MBEJ 3D models, engineering drawings and processing planning sheets automatically. All the functions have been integrated in SolidWorks software environment. The drawing paper and processing planning sheets can be modified manually to satisfy special demand.

Abstract: The structure noise of marine gear reducer seriously affects the concealment of ships, the stability of transmission system and comfort of crew's working environment. There are many ways to control structural vibrations, in which adding damping structure into reducer box is an effective measure to restrain the resonance. Aiming at the excessive vibration of box 240569 node, this paper realized the design of damping reducing vibration with the method of shell structure damping design finite element. Finally, the authors verified vibration during box reducer normal operation through harmonic response analysis.

Abstract: Aiming at the time and labor issues that exist when reeved tools are used to reeve stator cores of different sizes in the case of 400MW gas generator, this article gives a new tooling structure design based on parallel double-crank mechanism for 400MW generators. The tooling enables fast transition between reeving internal and external stators of two different sizes. Three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly are completed based on software UG, and finite element analysis of tooling structure is performed using software ABAQUS. The results indicate that this newly-designed reeved tooling has a reasonable mechanical structure and its mechanical behaviors meet the design requirements.

Abstract: The design and research of weft insertion mechanism of carbon fiber multi-layer loom which has the great significance for the development of modern 3D weaving equipment. According to the special requirements of carbon fiber multi-layer weaving fabric, a multilayer weft insertion system incidental finding device is designed, which can be satisfied with multi-layer weft insertion according to the change of shedding position and different layers. In order to meet the sword belt and lifting gear running smooth, kinematic and dynamic analysis and static simulation have been done. Analysis results show that institutions satisfy all work requirements, and have important guiding significance for material selection of components.
