Abstract: Certain premium brand cosmetics with single anti-counterfeiting technology have been assailed by fake products day by bay, which seriously damage enterprises and consumers. By analyzing the current trend of cosmetic packaging anti-counterfeiting technology in this study, comprehensive anti-counterfeiting technology, which is combined “first-line” with “second-line” anti-counterfeiting technology, is applied in the packaging of a certain brand cream that suffers huge amount of counterfeits. Compared to the single technology, the comprehensive one overcomes limitations of the pure anti-counterfeiting technology, organically using a variety of anti-counterfeiting technologies and management technologies. In the new design, the comprehensive anti-counterfeiting technology includes laser hologram technology, tamper-evident tear design, tamper adhesive technology, etc. In conclusion, the new design of comprehensive anti-counterfeiting technology on the cream is proved to be economically and aesthetically feasible. This application has so highly productive value that can be recommended to the cosmetics enterprises someday.

Abstract: Modern packaging goes far beyond its primary objective of protecting the contents within it. The fact is, it serves as a critical communication platform is a major trend of food packaging design and printing today. Beyond package design, printing technologies is the most important issue to push packaging evolution. This article is focus on patent analysis approach to find out what are major technologies trend for food packaging printing technology. The goals of this paper are: analysis technology developing trend in printing methods, food packaging materials, printing equipments, and food safety management technologies categories, and to help food packaging printing industries make appropriate decision for technology investment. The major research method is patent analysis approach; database is patent archive of US patent office in last 5 years patents. According to research result, top 10 highest patent volume in single IPC category are: B65D (118 patents), B65B (116 patents), B41J (39 patents), B41M (37 patents), B32B (34 patents), B41F (34 patents), C08L (34 patents), B65C (28 patents), C09D (15 patents) and C08K (14 patents), the other categories has at least 10 patents belongs are: C25D (13patents), D21H (11 patents) and A23L (10 patents).

Abstract: A variety of friction exists during gravure printing machine run-time. The friction between gravure roller and scraping blade has a great effect on the printing quality and gravure printing endurance. In this article, the friction between gravure roller and scraping blade is studied from the micro-contact perspective. The qualitative research of the factors that affect the friction between gravure roller and scraping blade is done, in order to confirm the effect law of the printing speed, scraping blade angle and gravure printing machine vibration on the friction between gravure roller and scraping blade.

Abstract: The packaging machine of injectable powder is the equipment in pharmaceutical industry. Its lack of market competitiveness because it cant reach the advanced level in measuring speed, accuracy, adaptability of dose changes, the long developing cycle of new product and the design methods are backward. Therefore, the modern design method of virtual prototype was used to design the structure and working parameters has realistic significance.

Abstract: The wrapping system was divided into several functional modules based on modularization design method. Each module could works independently by using QPLC and QD75 as control center . Touch - screen was used as real - time monitoring tool to monitor reach module. The practice proves that the technologic requirements are fully met by the system ,the system is safe and reliable. The intensity of labor is reduced and the productive efficiency is increased.

Abstract: The products of granular particle are widely used in packaging field. Granular particle products are often transmitted through the sleeve in packaging process. The friction that granular particles suffer affects how granular particles flow in the sleeve. In this paper, the characteristics of friction that granular particles products suffered in the sleeve are analyzed through simulation experiment. The effects of particle size and shape regular extent on friction are also analyzed. Sleeve must have a certain inclination angle in order to make the friction of particles beyond the range of static friction and to make particle flow smoothly in the sleeve.

Abstract: Screw conveyor is widely used in food packaging field. This paper puts forward a new kind of flexible blades of screw conveyor, to replace the traditional rigid helical blade. Based on the theory of compliant mechanism, the motion are analyzed when the flexible screw blade works. Based on the medium mechanics theory related, The interaction between flexible screw and material relations are analyzed, and the mathematical model of power consumption and transmission capacity are established. The work process of flexible screw working process is simulated with discrete element software EDEM. The result verified the theory is correct.

Abstract: Time-Temperature Indicator (TTI) is an intelligent or smart package. It is a simple device that can be attached to food packaging to indirectly reflect the full or partial temperature history and quality status of the food product. TTI is utilized widely throughout food processing and distribution of cold chain. An alkaline lipase TTI has been developed, which based on the reaction between alkaline lipase and glycerol tributyrate. Experiments under several isothermal conditions (1.3°C,6.1°C,10.9°C,15.5°C,20.6°C,25.4°C) were conducted and the Arrhenius parameters of the TTI were derived. The developed TTI chemical reaction system showed an Arrhenius behavior, the activation energy was 45.07±2.25 kJ/mol.

Abstract: The main objective was to develop a technique by high performance liquid chromatography to study migration of contamination from packaging material of three samples of paper cups with different properties. Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and benzophenone (BP), which are the most commonly used in paper packaging material, are regarded as stimulant of contamination, alcohol is selected as food stimulant.The obtained data indicated that migration has a relationship with the type of contamination,concentration of food stimulant.Analysed by1stOptsoftware with experimental result, the rule of migration of DBP and BP can be studied.

Abstract: With the rapid development of materials science, polymers are widely used in food packaging. Because the polymer modification process can lead to the formation of low molecular weight compounds, these substances which migrate from packaging materials to food bring many hidden dangers to food safety and threaten peoples health. In order to ensure the safety of food packaging materials, it is necessary to completely study and discuss the migration process of low molecular weight compounds, and then take effective methods to control the pollutants. The real process of polymer components in food package migration is quite complex, which is affected by many non-ideal factors. If we simply analysis the migration model, the actual results could not be got. We use migration model combining with the methods of modern analysis instruments on the basis of migration model, the model will have more practical application. The paper is based on migration theory and migration model. Under the existing experimental conditions, truly simulate the migration process of food packaging materials by using modern analytical measurement instruments and experimental simulation tools. Combine the theory and practice, analyze the migration and migration influencing factors of PS extract from qualitative and quantitative aspects. It is of great practical significance in solving the food safety problems which caused by migration from food packaging materials.
