Abstract: This paper explores the effect of factors on the ion concentration ne in single area double vortexes plate ESP. For example, the distance L between the export and the discharge electrode, applied electric field voltage U, the interval of collecting plates d, gas velocity υ, etc. Then the experimental results and data has been analyzed, and it is concluded that ne becomes maximum under the circumstance of U=18kV, L=100mm, d=100mm, υ=4m/s. The increasing charge capacity of fine particles can improve charging efficiency, and enhance the particles velocity and removal efficiency so as to provide a basis for the application of this type of dust removal equipment.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with a wireless receiving link evaluation method using statistical means of received signal strength indicator (RSSI) and link quality indicator (LQI) based on the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol for wireless sensor networks. Traditional methods using single RSSI and single LQI based on the IEEE 802.11 protocol have the disadvantage of the inaccurate evaluation. In this paper, we carry out a quantitative emulation experiment via computing statistical means of RSSI and LQI based on wireless sensor networks protocol of IEEE 802.15.4. Tested numerical values are analyzed using MATLAB and SPSS by defining the wireless link evaluation sensitivity. Result curves of RSSI to packet reception rate (PRR) and LQI to PRR we finally derive are shown that statistical means of RSSI and LQI can obtain the status information of receiving links more accurately, compared with the traditional wireless link evaluation using single RSSI and single LQI.

Abstract: Efficiency of industrial production lines is crucial as it results in an improved production and utilization of available resources. Industry companies are constantly looking for new ways to improve workplace efficiency. Manufacturing industry trends to employ more flexible assembly cells with changes in programs and configurations for robots, and to achieve a high manufacturing efficiency. The various problems inherent in current mechanized product assembly are outlined, and potential organizational, technological, and engineering measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of product assembly are examined. Future developments in automated assembly are predicted. In order to improve the effectiveness of the cell, it is important to recognize measure and reduce losses in the assembly cell. The most effective method is to analyze the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of the cell. It is developed design of assembly system under the project an intelligent assembly cell at the Institute of Production Systems and Applied Mechanics where after process running and debugging, based on the process analysis was evaluated, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of the cell. Deployment of monitoring, visualization and simulation are predicted defects that reduce overall system effectiveness. The project is aiming to develop an efficient intelligent manufacturing system integrating real time data collection, simulation, optimization and synthesis.

Abstract: In order to solve the revolutionary labor cost, carpet loom yarn waste and production efficiency problem, the author puts forward a kind of new intelligent creel which is based on coreless package storage device. This paper summarizes the automatic winding system of intelligent creel and originally proposes the concept coreless package. The automatic winding unit is responsible for coreless package winding and auxiliary industrial robot finishes gripping, clipping and getting the yarn on. The system designs distributed control system (DCS) of Multi-robot for Intelligent creel based on CAN bus.

Abstract: To solve the problems that the detection and location of the leak in water distribution network, the relationship between nodes is discussed, then the method according to the unsatisfied node to locate the leakage point. Based on the results, BP neural network is used to reflect the relationship between node systems pressure to decrease computation volume, it not only avoid unnecessary computation but also make the result more reliable according to real-time update of neural network. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the method, high coupling of the node system can be used in leakage location of the water distribution system.

Abstract: The computer control software is becoming complicate, to simplify the development of software, this paper proposes: the background control module of the control software is built automatically by a compiler according to a text descripting the nodes movement sequence, then the background control module and the interface are linked by shared variables. The method proposed is achieved by LabVIEW in the end.

Abstract: In this paper, we investigated the low density parity check (LDPC) coded performances of slow-frequency-hopped binary phase shift-keying (SFH/BPSK) systems in the presence linear frequency modulated (LFM) jamming. We investigated the effects of code rate, code length, the number of symbols per hop (SPH) and interleaver on the performance of the SFH/BPSK system with LFM jamming by numerical simulation. And the results suggest that there is good performance through designing the system reasonably.

Abstract: Research in this paper focuses on route recommendation for customers in shopping malls for a LBS(Location-based service ) system. Besides the shopping places selected by a customer, this system can recommend shopping places according to customers history record and similar customers history record analysis. In addition, the length of all routes between two walking destinations, and the traffic density on the routes are two primary factors when route optimization is done in the system. The algorithm referred above have been implemented. A large number of testing showed that the algorithm was efficient to meet the actual need. !

Abstract: In power market environment, the first goal of grid company is to maximize its profits, which is different from the traditional power system. The security and reliability of power system should be subordinate to this goal. This paper proposes that, in power market environment, the power interruption acceptable to both supply and demand sides should be regarded not as damage to secure and reliable operation, but as continuity of power supply. In this point of view, the paper proposes how to use load-shedding in power trade market and reserve capacity to maximize economic benefit. The analysis of the mathematical model and simulated results show that the method is feasible and economic.

Abstract: Basing on the complexity and uncertainty of many risk factors which were presented in the solid rocket motor waterjet clearing system, according to operating procedures of the waterjet clearing system, the analytic hierarchy process was adopted to establish its safety evaluation index system, and then the gray comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate the solid rocket motor waterjet clearing system security. The evaluation results indicate that the solid rocket motor waterjet clearing system's comprehensive evaluation value is 3.1126 and at a higher risk situation, thus there is need to strengthen the prevention and control of the risk factors in it; the comprehensive evaluation value of the waterjet clearing platform is 3.2417, which is higher than the overall comprehensive evaluation value, therefore it should be paid attention to in risk prevention and control; the evaluation result is in good agreement with the actual situation.
