Abstract: To verify the applicability of RBF neural network PID control on speed regulating start control for hydro-viscous drive system, analyze the principle of RBF neural network PID control, the simulation model is established based on SIMULINK and the control characteristics are analyzed based on the AMESim/MATLAB co-simulation. The results show that RBF neural network PID control has a good self-correcting effect on speed regulating start of hydro-viscous; it can make right judgments according to the error and error rate and adjust the output speed towards opposite direction of error; meanwhile, it ensures the smoothness of output curve and avoids excessive mechanical impact. The results play a guiding role for control strategy selection of speed regulating start.

Abstract: To solve the problem of digital debugging on bullet trans.A technology based on wireless communication in the detection and debugging for control system on bullet trains is proposed.The method is used to communicate between the wireless device on the host computer and the debugging equipment in the train, and the host computer can communicate with debugging equipment inside or outside the train.In the communication process, the environmental compartments need to be considered.The mathematical model is established based on the environment inside and outside the train for numerical calculation.The plane electromagnetic wave theory and the Fresnel formula is used for simulation analysis.The electromagnetic wave inside and outside the train is simulated with MATLAB.Finally the field test is carried on. the result shows that the technology can be effectively applied in the detection and debugging for control system on the train .

Abstract: In this paper an technology of two-axis synchronization control based on Fuzzy PID is presented. With a hardware platform constructed by Linux EMC2 and MESA 5i20 motion controller, a two-axis synchronization control system is built up to study the synchronize precision and dynamic feature by adapting Fuzzy PID controller. The result of the experiment shows that the Fuzzy PID controller works well in the two-axis synchronization control system, and will become a reliable reference to the technology of two-axis synchronization control.

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel fault diagnosis method for rotating machinery based on symptom parameters and Bayesian Network. Non-dimensional symptom parameters in frequency domain calculated from vibration signals are defined for reflecting the features of vibration signals. In addition, sensitive evaluation method for selecting good non-dimensional symptom parameters using the method of discrimination index is also proposed for detecting and distinguishing faults in rotating machinery. Finally, the application example of diagnosis for a roller bearing by Bayesian Network is given. Diagnosis results show the methods proposed in this paper are effective.

Abstract: Some key quality problems has been exposed in several years of quality supervision sampling inspection of industry products for HDPE silicore plastic duct, such as dimension, breaking elongation, performance of falling weight impact and ring stiffness. Quality consistency is an important indicator in evaluating product quality. Nondestructive testing can be used to evaluate the quality of the whole pan and batch of silicore plastic duct, and it will play important role in product quality controlling.

Abstract: The microstructure evolution and hardness change were studied for vanadium containing high strength seismic rebar HRB500E at different cooling rates. The experimental results showed that bainite and martensite gradual emerged with the increasing cooling rate and resulted in an increasing micro-hardness. The cooling rate should be controlled at 0.5°C/s to 7°C/s to ensure good performances of steel rebar. The CCT curve of HRB500E measured with the inflation method and metallographic-Hardness method could provide the theoretical basis for controlled cooling process.

Abstract: The maintenance allocation methods play an important role in the design and maintenance of product. However, lots of deficiencies exist in practical application by using these methods. To allocate the system MTTR( Mean Time to Repair) to the subsystems more precisely and reasonable, a better model is needed. The purpose of this article is to raise an improved method to allocate the MTTR more accurately.

Abstract: In order to overcome the shortage of dealing with fuzzy information and uncertainty of fault logical relationship in traditional importance measures, the fuzzy set theory is presented to fault tree, using fuzzy number to describe the fault states of system and components, and using fuzzy subsets to denote the fault rates, a fuzzy fault tree of T-S modle was established. And a model of fuzzy fault tree was established and a T-S fuzzy importance analysis method was presented on the basis of T-S analysis method. The method is applied in the importance analysis of hydraulic system, and proving that the algorithms are feasible.

Abstract: In this paper, a monitoring system on industrial energy consumption is proposed. The system is composed of monitoring host, coordinator, data collection terminals which is connected to energy measuring instruments (such as electricity meters, water meters, heat meters, etc.) and yield counting sensors. Based on ZigBee protocol, a low-power wireless monitoring system is made of data collection terminals and coordinator. By accurately monitoring the production process, energy consumption can be saved and production efficiency can be promoted effectively.
