Abstract: According to the safety problems of vibration in high-lift pumping station pressure pipeline, Proposed use the approach of additional water mass, It has established the numerical model of pumping station pressure pipeline based on fluid-structure interaction, To identify the different working conditions modal parameters of Jingtai irrigated area’s pressure pipeline in the stage 2# pump station and the deformation of displacement. To analyse the pressure pipelines of vibration. From the result of numerical simulation:Pressure pipeline is the most easy to stimulate the vibration at the inlet pipe and outlet pipe, in no.4 machine, the vibration amplitude of the High order modal mode of the vibration is bigger than low-order modal vibration mode. And increased along with the order, the outlet pipe which not easy to vibrate is gradually produce vibration deformation. But whether the machine feed line 8 open or not to the whole impact of pipeline vibration is not large. the results of numerical simulation analysis of finite element and the results measured by experiment are basically identical. So the quality model method of the additional water is simple in calculation, and the result is reliable, It has a certain advantage in the pressure pipe of pumping station of fluid-solid coupling simulation applications.

Abstract: This paper focused on the dynamic Jcobian identification for robot visual feedback control in unstructured environments, there is the robotic manipulator without kinematics model, and the camera without calibration. First, a visual servoing scheme based on Kalman filtering (KF) to model-independent robotic manipulation is proposed. The Jacobian identification were solved by formatted as state estimation problems, the desired Jacobian is optimal estimated under minimum-variance condition to achieves robotic precise converge to the desired pose. Our method, without requiring modeling parameters, thus this avoids the corrupted performances cause by calibration errors. To demonstrate the performance of proposed scheme, the experimental results have been presented using eye-in-hand configurations.

Abstract: The feeding system is an important part of the mill, which is also the main factor that influenced flour efficiency and quality of mill. Designed a kind of automatic feeding system of mill based upon FX2N-series PLC as the core controller, vector universal inverter of INVT to drive , Real-time detection of material position of ultrasonic technology and HT7000-series HMI of Hollysys to Man-machine interface, and better solution to the problem of real-time and accuracy of the feeding quantity. The practical operation shows that the system has the characteristics of high precision, good reliability, easy operation etc.

Abstract: Motion synchronization is a new pattern in robot and press collaboration. In this paper, a synchronous motion algorithm of robot and press to improve production takt of automatic press line is proposed. First of all, we investigate the influence of different velocity and acceleration on identical trajectory of Fanuc handing robot with 6-degree of freedom (DOF), finding the robot trajectory is independent of the velocity, and is essentially coincident in the same acceleration. Moreover, we present a synchronous motion algorithm on the basis of the trajectory invariance and the velocity formula. The algorithm is approached from the point of view of path planning, takt optimization goal and design formulas. It can automatically adjust robot velocity by eliminating the waiting time at the loading and unloading passage. Finally, the results of simulation experiments have demonstrated the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. It can effectively get around robot frequent clutches and the brakes to achieve the goal of optimizing production takt.

Abstract: The current pipe fitting forming process is characterized by more than one equipment and gradually formation processes. Therefore, a servo control scheme of the integrated NC machine of pipe fitting is designed. The following works have been done: design the integrated NC machining processes and structure, and design a novel servo control scheme for the machining equipment. The automatic integration processing of pipe fittings is operated by the SCC control system. It could fulfill the integration NC machining and any combination of processing just by putting the pipe into the entrance of the machine artificially. The integrated equipment can realize the integrated numerical control, combine the whole processes willfully, and enhance the process quality. This scheme can be used for the pipe fitting forming in the air conditioning, the water heater, the refrigerator, or the automotive industry.

Abstract: This paper studied impedance control problem for a biped skating robot. Impedance control for ground reaction force which is realized through varying load impedance between supporting leg and ground to maintain flexible contact is vital to motion control problem. Biped skating motion is divided into three phase, i.e. leg swing phase, weight reception phase and supporting phase. During weigh reception and supporting phase, one the of the robot legs has pushed onto ground to generated reaction force which must be controlled for dynamic stability. During swing phase a PID controller is used. Impedance control is realized by varying the load impedance between supporting leg and ground to maintain flexible contact. By proposed impedance control method, a dynamic stable skating movement controller was successfully developed for the biped robot with skating speed of 0.13 m/s.

Abstract: Vehicle information system is the data center of vehicle communication networks, and the vehicle gateway is the core of the vehicle information system, in order to support the vehicle information system both WLAN and CDMA interfaces, a virtual network device (VND) in Linux embedded System is designed and implemented as a mid-layer module between the real device driver and internet protocol stack called driver middleware. The VND can establish a virtual private network between the vehicle information device and agent server. The virtual network interface is designed to catch the packets both input and output processing for the sake of checking the route before the packets transmission. Both the terminal and the agent have the driver middleware to ensure smooth flow routing.

Abstract: Transportation system is a typical economic system for its operation and structure optimization result from the comprehensive functioning of numerous dynamic and joint driving forces. To accurately grasp the genuine core of the basic principle and operational characteristics of structure optimization of the transportation system is to clarify the dynamic problems of it. The principles to which the characteristic and function and formulation of the transportation system complies are systematically analyzed in this paper. And the external and internal factors of structure dynamic optimization of the transportation system are researched, and further depiction is discussed from four aspects: acquirement, technology, fund, quality and environment respectively, and the source originated from optimization dynamic of transportation system, process of dynamic transmission, influencing factor of dynamic function based on the behavioral function of economy-main-body, which is of vital significance and meaning to the research of the mechanism and principle of the structural optimization of the transportation system.
