Abstract: This paper proposes a matter of permittivity measurement method which based on the microwave antennas resonant characteristics. The basic principle of measuring permittivity was analyzed by the antenna resonance theory. The simulation model has been build and analyzed by Ansoft HFSS simulation software. The relationship between different permittivity and the antennas resonant frequency was given. The experimental model was designed and the experimental data of sample was measured. The experimental and simulation data are compared and discussed. Results show that the simulation and experimental results are consistent well; the antenna resonance method to measure the permittivity is feasible.

Abstract: This paper presents one percussion sound signal collection system model. The percussion sound signal collection device was designed. The sound collector was introduced in detail. Through analyzing four kinds of different percussion sound, the accuracy of this model is verified. The results showed that this collection model and percussion sounds signal processing method can be accurate and effective. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical value. This research provides one modern applications for the percussion in a new way.

Abstract: Scanning tunneling microscopy is one of the surface measurement instruments in nanotechnology field, and the vertical resolution is about 0.01nm. So it is easily affected by the external micro vibration, conversely, we can measure the micro vibration using the working principle of STM. As we all know, the tunneling effect is the negative index relation between the tunneling current and the tunneling gap. On the other hand, the vibration measurement results can be used to offer the foundation in order to reduce the influence of micro random vibration for STM, it is necessary to measure the external vibration to compensate the experiment results of scanning tunneling microscoy. So the experimental device is developed and experiment of vibration detection is made. The experiment results show that results have high sensitivity, good frequency characteristic and the same vibratory response characteristic consistent with scanning tunneling microscopy.

Abstract: Parametric acoustic receiving array has the advantage of achieving high directional index for low frequency signals with very simple sensor arrangement. This characteristic is suitable for vehicle radiated noise measurement in costal area and in the far field of the target vehicle. This paper gives a design for such application of parametric acoustic receiving array with the calculation of possible ability that can be achieved.

Abstract: Photogrammetry technology is used in the automatic deformation monitoring of foundation pit firstly and method proposed to reflect the deformation with the differences of two direction of monitoring points in the image plane. The method combined with the basic principle of photogrammetry, unified the spot observation data under monitoring camera coordinate system to calculate, simple and quick. Experiment shows that, the accuracy in X direction (horizontal direction along the pit) is superior to sub-millimeter and Z direction (the vertical direction in the pit) could achieve sub-millimeter, which can completely meet the needs of the deformation monitoring.

Abstract: Winding temperature rise is inevitable for electrical equipment. There is no harm when device is working properly. However, winding temperature rise will be abnormal when equipment failure exists, this will affect the normal operation of equipment even cause electrical accidents. According to the principle of winding temperature rise, we designed an experiment in which the winding temperature rise is real-time monitoring by the thermal infrared imager. Then we get the data and analysis them,after all we simulated the procedure of monitoring and troubleshooting by infrared technology for equipment in electrical system.

Abstract: A new measurement system and the testing device was developed to characterize the temperature regulation properties of textile fabrics based on the mechanical device, microelectronics, sensors and control system. A series of indices were defined based on the typical heat flow-time curve and the raw data to characterize the temperature regulation performance of textile fabrics. The measurement principle, the mechanical device and the evaluation method for the temperature regulation properties of textile fabrics were introduced. Twelve types of fabrics made from different textile materials were tested. The one-way ANOVA analysis was conducted to identify the significance of the differences of the indices among the fabrics. The results show that each index is significantly different (P<0.05) among the different sample fabrics.

Abstract: With the development of agricultural modernization, agricultural environment protection, Wireless Sensor Networks are used in the field of environmental monitoring for modern agriculture, which brings a broad and bright application prospects. The paper presents a real-time monitoring system based ZigBee wireless sensor network and GPRS network. The system gives the hardware design of wireless sensor node and software implementations. The system design provided a guarantee to achieve accurate, remote and real-time monitoring agricultural environmental information.

Abstract: The technology of measuring oil-water interface height in oilcan has always been a critical and extremely complex problem. This paper introduced a system for measuring oil-water interface height based on segmental capacitance sensor which is constructed by 30 parallel capacitors, which were connected to a switch to low capacitance measure circuit .The changes in capacitance were measured and then sent to IPC to find the height of oil-water interface. Finally, the oil-water interface height meters examination system was constructed in laboratory and experimental results show that the design basically achieved the desired objectives and requirements.

Abstract: To judge whether the alone elderly fall or not is an important need in the elderly health supervision. This paper puts forward a method based on three axis acceleration data and pattern recognition has been presented to judge the situation of falling for old men. The method was based on an acceleration transducer named MMA7260Q. Due to the characteristic that the three-axis signal divers in a huge area during the progress of old men falling, it combined the peak value of acceleration and acceleration energy curve to proceed three axis acceleration data for detecting the falling, it could avoid outputting errors due to the changing of angle of old men. According to the result of the experiment, the accuracy rate of the method of detection proposed in the report could run up to 93 percent.
