Abstract: Y_N model-based printer forward characterization, considering the influence of the physical dot gain and optical dot gain, it needs to determine the effective ink dot percentages and the factor n of Yule-Nielson model through single-channel ink limit and nonlinear optimal method. Based on the foregoing, we can determinate the dot transfer function of multicolor printer. Before Y_N model formula factor n and effective dot percentage being determined, it needs to get the sample by printing each primary color inks foot ladder. However, transferring ink to the substrate occurs obvious physical dot gain issues, while the paper absorbing ink ability is limited, so firstly implementing single channel ink quantity control for printer becomes particularly important. Considering the problem of the optical dot gain resulting model accuracy misfit, Y_N model introduces a parameter factor n to correction.

Abstract: This paper introduces the time triggered bus technology in vehicle communication network application, the bus protocol project: exclusive time window, the window of time and idle time window is discussed. In the laboratory conditions, the different communication protocols and communication parameters can be easily realized, which can be used to analyze the CAN and TTCAN communication protocol and network load frame priority to the impact of delay time, and verify the correctness of the model.

Abstract: This paper proposes a microassembly system with coaxial alignment function (MSCA). The system is comprised of vision system module, micro gripper module, motion module, and laser ranging module. The image processing technique is applied in the position detection procedure. A special prism is integrated in this system to capture the two parts simultaneously. The assembly accuracy of the system can reach micrometer lever.

Abstract: In this paper, the steel of U71Mn specifications for 60kg/m heavy rail is seen as a research object. Experimental method is employed to study the heavy rail hardened layer, including surface hardness, micro-structure and cross-sectional hardness under different cooling time during quenching. Experimental results showed that obtained heavy rail after wind cooling quenching finally met the Tb/T2344-2003 43-75 kg/m standard. Best quenching treatment condition is found and the defect is reduced to large extent when quenching time is 40 seconds, cooling time is 40 to 45 seconds, superior to the traditional spray cooling condition. These results provide an important reference for the quenching process of heavy rail.

Abstract: Parameters of Support Vector Machine are playing an important part in learning performance and generalization capability. The randomness and blindness in selecting SVM model parameters artificially could be eliminated by using group intelligent optimizing algorithm. FOA is a kind of group intelligent optimization algorithm. It has some advantages such as global convergence, connotative parallelism and fast operating speed. However, its optimum efficiency is very sensitive to the length of fixed step. In the course of optimizing, if the step is oversize, it will have preferable global optimizing performance and weak local optimizing capability. On the contrary, if the step is undersize, the local optimizing capability would be powerful and it will have the most probability to lapse into local extreme value. Therefore, a kind of algorithm named Diminishing Step FOA is proposed, the step length minishes progressively along with the process of foraging. So that it would have preferable global optimizing capability in early stage and preferable local optimizing capability in later period. And then, a dynamic balance will be achieved between global and local optimizing capability. The experimental results show that the SVM model using DS-FOA has optimal forecast precision and effect.

Abstract: We attempt to optimize the structure of double web on aviation herringbone gear with a big transmission ratio. We established an optimization mathematical model of the big aviation herringbone gear web, developed an optimization calculation procedure based on APDL language. The web structure of big aviation herringbone gear in a helicopters main gearbox has been optimized. We calculated the dynamic response of the gear web before and after optimization and proved that our method can improve its dynamic characteristics, reduce its stress level and achieve good results.

Abstract: In order to improve the detection precision and speed of train wheel image,it is necessary to research digital image processing technology.In this paper,a kind of appropriate image filtering method,combination of smoothing and sharpening,and a kind of appropriate edge detection method,combination directly and by column in binarization,were introduced.A clear image of wheel surface can be obtained.The method of detection of scratch was designed.Non-contact measurement of train wheel surface quality can be realized,it will lead to the detection speed is faster, accuracy is higher.

Abstract: Airline-specific and priority strategy is often used in gate assignment practice. However, there is no such kind of published research paper until now. Taking these practical two as premises, this paper presents a new comprehensive assignment model which considered the factors of multi-runway, service strategy, gate utilization balance and airline-specific gates simultaneously. The data used in the paper is from a hub airport in China, and IBM ILOG CPLEX optimization solver is used to solve the model. Computational result shows that the double runaway can reduce the total waiting time 1155 minutes compared with the single runway; and adopting priority strategy can reduce the waiting time about 30% compared with no priority strategy. As for utilization rate, imposing a utilization rate constraint in the model can greatly reduce the unbalance of gate use.
