Design of an Automatic Device for Cleaning Cellular Evaporator

Abstract:

. An automatic cleaning device used for cleaning cellular evaporator in sugar factory is designed, which uses high-pressure water jet to clean fouls. The device includes supporting frame, linear guides, sending and closing pipes mechanism, hydraulic system and high-pressure water jet generating system, etc. Actions of sending and closing pipes as well as other cleaning operations are controlled by a numerical control system. Experiments show this device can replace manual cleaning for achieving automatic cleaning to a cellular evaporator, and it significantly increases cleaning efficiencies.
