Abstract:

Generating complex forms with the computer has become easier however a challenge still lies in the realization of these forms. Realize the digital fabrication face two challenges: first, how to evaluate the assembly ability of the design; second, how to realize digital fabrication combine with the Traditional technology. This paper introduces that the assembly ability evaluation ideas on design by the method of the combination of System Dynamics and association graph, and it needs to pay attention to the value added chain process fusion with the traditional mode of production in the process of evaluation.
