Abstract: As a part of IVI driver, IVI-COM driver combines COM technology and IVI technology. An IVI-COM driver of digital oscilloscope is designed and implemented by analyzing the functions of the digital oscilloscope and the implementation ways of the IVI driver, and a test program for the IVI-COM driver is built to test its feasibility. Results demonstrate that the IVI-COM driver of digital oscilloscope has a good interchangeability and contribute to the development and application of LXI standard instrument.

Abstract: In order to quickly detect the harmful substances in food, a multiple channel portable food safety detector which can be used in the field test is designed. The detector uses the newly national standards and methods, and the combination of Windows CE Operate System and colorful LED touch screen was adopted in this design, changing the operate tool from mouse to fingers, making the operation much more simple and convenient. The result of experiment shows that the system has the advantage such as easy operating, portable, high performance and high reliability. And it can detect Pesticides residue more quickly and accurately, and the measurement error are between ±2% and ±4%, which meets the national standards and its design require.

Abstract: In order to monitor important parameters of patient vital signal continuously in real-time manner for a long time, a multi-channel physiological signal monitor based on wireless data transmission was designed. The device can acquire 8-channel high-resolution signal of electromyography or electrocardiograph and transmit these signal to remote monitoring station using real-time wireless communication. The monitoring station implements data displaying, storing, analyzing and processing. Simulation analysis shows that the design of the monitor has a broad outlook of clinical applications, making possible to realize the telemetry wireless monitoring of respiratory disease.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and stability of sludge digestion tank temperature control, based on the PID control with fuzzy controller, using the fuzzy control algorithm, obtained the adjustment of PID control parameters and online self-regulation of PID controllers parameters. The simulation tests show that the fuzzy PID control system for sludge digestion tank temperature outperforms the general PID control system because of a ±1°C control accuracy, this can satisfy the requirements of temperature control of sludge digestion.

Abstract: The cooling water of the large power vehicular diesel engine often got high or low and engine could not work in the adaptive thermal conditions in altitude environment. In order to solve the problem, analyzed the refrigeration requirement of the diesel engine on plateau section, suggested the amelioration program from installing the fluid operated pump-mot fan speed regulating device. Base on the coupling simulation model of the diesel engine working process and coolant system, took the 90°C water temperature of the diesel engine as the optimally target value, analyzed the change canon of cooling fan speed form the ambient conditions and the diesel engine work condition, established the cooling fan rotary speed control MAP on plateau section, and regulated the cooling fan speed by the methods of open loop preset controlling and closed loop feedback controlling. That would provide the improved method for the large power vehicular diesel engine working well on plateau section.

Abstract: A series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle and its controller are more complicated than conventional vehicle,even a series or parallel hybrid electric vehicle. The HEV test platform is built up to get the engine fuel consumption map.The model of a series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle is established on the platform of the professional simulation software CRUISE,and the controller of the HEV is builded on MATLAB/Simulink.In the end,the results of co-simulation and vehicle experiment verify the validity and feasibility of this method.

Abstract: It is an important factor that tool size affects the quality and efficiency of complex curved surface of CNC machining. This paper starts with analyzing the functional relationship between the tool size and the quality and efficiency of complex curved surface, gives the selection method of optimal minimum tool which can ensure the precision of machining curved surface, establishes optimal selecting algorithm of reasonable large size tool with the most high efficiency as the objective, and for the curved surface of complex geometric features, puts forward tool combination selection method with effective area ratio of tool machining as a reference. Application examples show: the optimal selecting strategy of tool size in this paper, under the premise of adequately ensuring the machining quality of complex curved surface, can effectively improve the whole machining efficiency.

Abstract: Based on the Group Technology, Family part technology is adopted for standard part design, as well as parametric driven technology is adopted for non-standard part design, combined with assemble knowledge description and associated driven technology, typical structure parts library is realized by parametric driven assemble parts. For typical structure parts library in machine tool fixture, firstly, multi-classification and key words index is designed for management; secondly, several format files are managed in mapped directory by keywords and meta-data is generated by content description of those files based on analysis constitute of design information; Thirdly, process of making use of library is designed for top-down functional design. Typical structure parts library can maximize reuse the knowledge and parts of fixture design, greatly promote design efficiency.
