Abstract: For maintenance and support needs of a certain type of equipment, the detection on hydraulic of a certain type equipment Based on C8051F020 as the main control chip was designed. The equipment flexible applies to all port resources of C8051F020, it realized port power control,self-test / measurement controlled driver, LED driver,buzzer driver, solenoid valves driver and rack motor driver via I/O interface, it realized operational process control and display testing results via level conversion chip of SP3223E ,It realized operation training, principles assisted teaching and fault repair in-one simulation training.

Abstract: This paper designed a special welding machine for an aluminum cone bottom workpiece. This machine contains highly accurate positioner system, laser tracking system, and robotic welding devices. It is used to weld the transverse seams and the longitudinal seams of the workpiece. The interaction of welding robot with positioner and the real-time seam correcting can ensure high quality of welding.

Abstract: Robust mixed functional projective synchronization (RMFPS), which is the generalized synchronization idea developed very recently, is investigated in this paper. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI), some novel stability criterions for the synchronization between drive and response chaotic systems with disturbances are derived, and then a simple linear state feedback synchronization controller is designed. In order to test the proposed method, numerical simulations of hyper-chaotic unified systems with disturbances are then provided to show the effectiveness and feasibility of this chaos control and synchronization schemes.

Abstract: It is of great significance to monitor and quantify the defects in the thin segmental spherical shell components. In the paper the guided wave’s inspiring method has been obtained from the wave-mode conversion based on the theory of the guided wave propagating in the thin spherical shell. Using the wavelet to process the testing signal, and the ellipse localization imaging algorithm, the defect’s localization and orientation can be detected accurately. Experimental results show the defect’s direction and location can be detected effectively and clearly.

Abstract: A design of dry-mixed mortar control system based on Fieldbus and PLC was introduced in this paper. A scheme of totally integrated automation, which includes S7-300 PLC, PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus, touch panel and etc., was proposed. Firstly, control demands and process of this system were described; secondly, hardware configuration and software design were illustrated as well. By using large-scale PLC and field level network - PROFUBUS-DP, the motions of electric motor actuators or hydraulic cylinder actuators are running well, and all sections in the process flow, like hoist, well-distributed vibration, mixing, unloading, etc can all be implemented in time and in place. Though the actual running of the control system it has been proved that the fully integrated automation production of dry-mixed mortar can be thoroughly realized.

Abstract: In this paper, a solution based on laser technology is proposed for steel coil handling.
The main emphasis is placed on the problem of steel coil identification and locating. In this paper, we first use laser data to construct three dimensional model of the worksite. And then we slice up the 3D model repeatedly to get the section images and make them to fusion. In order to wipe off the disturb of line, a line detection method based on probabilistic hough transform is proposed. Finally an improved least square method used in circle fitting is discussed.

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements raised by the surface strengthening and rolling technology of torsion shafts on heavy-duty armored vehicles, an open CNC system, based on PMAC, is developed. The paper covers a detailed description of its hardware and software. Experiments show that the introduction of rolling shafts processed by CNC rolling machines not only improves the surface roughness and abrasion resistance, but also raises endurance strength and production efficiency.

Abstract: The shift schedule is one of the core contents of main control logic of pure electric vehicle drive control system. With the right shift schedule, the vehicle can obtain good power performance and fuel economy. A shift schedule of dual clutch transmission (DCT) for pure electric vehicle based on powertrain coordination control is presented in this paper. Based on conventional vehicle shift schedule, the DCT shift schedule of pure electric vehicle drive system with powertrain coordination control is analyzed in detail. In order to verify the effectiveness of the shift schedule, some simulations are carried out. The results show the shift schedule of dual clutch transmission for pure electric vehicle based on powertrain coordination control can improve the vehicle power performance.

Abstract: This article put forward a Single-device test method based on the protection Tester and the relay simulation training system, and it takes advantage of the board as a real-time source, network sampling value message and GOOSE Subscribe publish using of Visual C + + programming language, which acts on the simulation of the actual protection device, the dynamic display logic process and the secondary circuit protection action signal and it is with the actual logic of the protection device. Abstract: Abstract. High-accuracy beam pointing is one of the key problems in the airborne laser remote sensing of natural gas pipeline leak. In response to the domestic demand for the long-distance natural pipeline leak detection, this study proposes an airborne laser effector for autonomous pipeline alignment based on CH4/H2S detector. Mainly structured on 2DOF serial mechanism, the device under discussion is designed with a control system operated on IPC and PMAC, followed by the design of hierarchical modular software. Once completed, the device is placed for indoors pointing experiments as well as simulated airborne test. The results show the effector can conduct full-angle scan of the pod area, achieve a static measuring precision of less than 0.4m as an alignment point is about 100 meters from the laser and detect leakage in dynamic simulated experiment, which meets with the design requirements. In other words, both the design and control algorithm are proved to be feasible. The effector holds an important engineering value for solving the problem of remote detection of the natural gas pipeline leakage.
