Abstract: In this paper, a new clustering method is designed to solve the problem that control object model of a small aerial vehicle (SAV) will be changing accompany the changing magnetic field. The method is based on the establishment of fuzzy clustering approach. In this method, the variation of object model is used to establish the membership function to reflect the changing speed of the targets, and use experimental data to determine the parameters of the function which can ensure the authenticity of the membership function; using the robustness of the control system as the criteria for determining the cut-off matrix in order to ensure the reliability of the classification results. According to the test, the method can be classify the objects, according to prior experiment data, simulation data and the criteria of classification.

Abstract: This paper introduces the working principle of the ultrahigh pressure sterilization equipment, the hydraulic system of hydraulic cylinder promoting the plug moving is analyzed by simulation, and then the hydraulic system added synchronous motor is analyzed by simulation, which found that the latter hydraulic system has higher synchrony measure , and it can improve the working performance of the original equipment, and it has certain reference significance to the improvement of the hydraulic system of the equipment.

Abstract: This paper studies multi-sensor laser energy density measurement systems. The system uses a diffuse target surface placed in a plurality of optical probes, for each of the energy value of a particular feature. Meanwhile, the use of the energy density of the external synchronizing the camera imaging the target surface, and finally through a spot on the target surface characteristic measuring the energy value of the integration of the imaging information and the target plate, to give the far field distribution of the laser energy density received.

Abstract: We can take the approach of mathematical model by establishing accurate mathematical model of small module gear, and will get the data point approximation file to import into UG, and we can realize the precise three-dimensional modelling of small module gear through UG calling data points. We can take the close data as CNC wire-cutting processing node coordinates of programming, and program CNC wire-cutting processing. This can be a very good solution to the small module gear precise modeling and numerical control processing problem.

Abstract: According to the characteristics that the motor in wheel is insensitivity of torque ripple, the impact of reducing PWM frequency on motor control is studied, and the phenomenon that the PWM frequency is limited by the lag angle of motor commutation. Then a variable PWM frequency control strategy according to rotate speed is proposed. Based on Simulink, the motor control model is built and the control strategy is verified by simulation. The result shows that the variable PWM frequency control significantly improves the performance of motor at low speed, with little toque ripple increased.

Abstract: For the permanent magnet synchronous motor used in electric vehicle wheel, in order to obtain high torque at low speed, a lot of pole pairs are designed in the structure. So the electrical angle will rotate too fast, and the commutation delay will appear apparently at high speed. The commutation process of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed and the timing control according to rotate speed is deduced. A motor simulation model is built to verify the control strategy. The result shows that the strategy can effectively improve high speed performance of motor.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low power-mass-ratio and high curb-weight in existing extended-range electric vehicle, this paper proposed a distributed power design, and calculated the powertrain parameters of this design, which was based on a commercially available extended-range electric vehicle. Through parameter calculation and simulation, this design was proved to significantly lower the curb weight and manufacturing cost of an extended range electric vehicle, and improve the efficiency of regenerative braking at the same time, finally lead to longer mileage.

Abstract: With expansion of airlines fleet capacity in China, airlines pay more attention to airline profit, service evaluation, etc., besides flight safety. Therefore it is important to study on operational control approaches that can promote operational efficiency, guarantee flight on-schedule rate and reduce operational cost. In this paper, an Analytic Hierarchy Process is employed to build a related-factor model mainly influencing dispatchers making decision in the operational control process of airlines. This process makes the complicated decision-making system hierarchic and analyzes the importance of all related factors by comprising their importance in a hierarchical way. Through an algorithmic example and data analysis, the operational control decision-making model of an assisting nature based on hierarchic analysis in this paper can provide quantitative basis for final decision making.
