Abstract: A new type of upper and lower cover support structure piezoelectric sensor based on PVDF films is designed in terms of piezoelectric effect. Mechanics and mathematical models are established according to the structure of the sensor. The natural frequency of the sensor is derived finally. The natural frequency of the sensor is verified to meet the requirements of dynamic measurements by using theoretical calculations and simulations. The effectiveness of the calculating method is indicated.

Abstract: This article introduces a high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor soft-starter via thyristor that is suitable for water cooling system of steel mill. It improves motor start and stop characteristics, effectively eliminates water-hammer" effect caused by traditional direct start and stop, and is making more and more important positive impacts in the water cooling system of steel mill.

Abstract: In view of the present diesel filter problem of air pressure and flow control, and designed a new type of filtration and reverse blowing control system, implements the filtration, regeneration of transformation. Using the computer as the core of the whole control system. Pressure regulation of electric valve control is implemented through the filter pressure feedback. The experimental results show that the control system has good steady-state performance, improve the efficiency of the filter.

Numerical control technology has changed the situation. The rational use of numerical control technology in machining will play a crucial role to the development of modern industry. Abstract: Getting the real-time information of spatial data, height and length of weld bead is the key point during the process of grinding and polishing large-scale part. To tackle this problem, a robot visual system is completed by building the double CCD and the laser on the mobile robot. Combining the image search algorithm with the image preprocessing algorithm in time domain, the laser single pixel feature line is obtained. The positions of each point in feature line are optimized by curve fitting so that the right spatial data and dimension are obtained. The result shows the proposed method can provides the precise information of weld bead, and the accuracy of measurement is within 0.15mm, as steady as repeatability.

Abstract: £oBased on PLC, ARM and CAN bus technology, the intelligent transmission system is invented, which can be used to transfer the safety production monitoring data and audio data of belt conveyor group. It is able to effectively solve the problems in transmitting voice information clearly, collecting and managing multi-sensor information over dozens of kilometers along the transport fleet about the conveyor group monitoring systems. Its application in industry field shows that it effectively raises the belt conveyor system level of remote intelligent monitoring and emergency safety integrated protection.

Abstract: Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is a job-shop production oriented management information system and the bridge between production plan management layer and job-shop control layer in an enterprise. Job-shop scheduling is the core module of MES, which direct affects the efficiency of production and management in the enterprise. According to the characteristics of discrete production management, a job-shop production scheduling system is presented that adapts to multi-variety small-batch production. A MES architecture for dynamic discrete production and its core modules are presented. Then, dynamic job-shop production scheduling problem is visually modeled and simulated based on Witness to realize optimal resource deployment.

Abstract: This paper introduces the design of a laser rangefinder ship collision avoidance warning system , laser distance sensor and two degrees of freedom PTZ constituted the system. the horizontal and vertical direction to achieve dynamic scanning . Real-time monitoring of the target vessel and the surrounding vessels ( obstructions ) distance , When entering the test vessel and the surrounding areas of the ship reaches the set distance of the minimum distance , alarm system achieve sound and light alarm for ship driver promptly adjusting the route for more time. Therefore reducing ship collisions happened.

Abstract: Air pressure brake and hydraulic brake is widely used in automotive as two kinds of brake system, and the air brake system is widely used in medium and large vehicles. But because of air pressure brake system with air as medium, this will appear in use easily leak etc and make the attenuation, unreliable phenomenon such as lost, which can cause the occurrence of traffic accidents. Study the kind of situations, an electromagnetic control pneumatic brake valve can be designed. Current is as a medium of braking signals through the strength of the current air output proportional control to control the brake, this technology can solve the problems which the wheel brake is out of sync, brake uncoordinated and small braking force.

Abstract: Mixture of DC brushed motors and DC three-phase brushless motors has been employed in complicated robotic systems, in order to control different types of motors may using commercial chipsets. Although these commercial chipsets are capable of driving different types of motors, the users are required to define the type of motors they are controlling through software. Defining the type of motors wrongly may damage the motors. Moreover, if a motor is replaced by another type, users would need to modify the software. The paper provides an auto-detection module that can be employed in a servo motor control system with a hybrid commutation control, wherein the hybrid commutation control can drive either a DC brushed motor or a DC brushless motor.
