Abstract: This paper introduces design of embedded video monitoring system based on V4L2; system uses DM3730 as the hardware platform, with the Linux operating system as the software platform, chooses Boa as the embedded Web server. We use the V4L2 interface functions to achieve video capture under Linux, video data acquisition using the latest video coding standard H.264 encoding. The encoded video data transmits through wireless network, uses FFmpeg technology in the remote monitoring terminal to realize the video decoding and playing.

Abstract: Data acquisition card or Daisy chain serial model are widely used in energy monitoring system, but there are still problems to be solved such as the unity of data specification and performance of real time is not high. We proposed that using signal conversion module to unified signal, using serial port servers to achieve standard Modbus RTU protocol to TCP/IP protocol conversion, supplemented by optical fiber transmission to collect data. Thus realizing the unity of data acquisition specifications and improving the data transfer rate and real-time performance, also solving the problems of points dispersion, distance is too long and can not eliminate interference.

Abstract: An intelligent preparation system model of enterprise railway shunting plan was described, and a station-based data structure was established. Through combining vehicle group and discussing route search method, a new thought of algorithm design and project of system implementation was given. A new strategy was proposed for optimizing model and algorithm of enterprise railway transport production scheduling.

Abstract: In view of the traditional optical inspection mode which relies on artificial visual, single parameter and single gage, in this paper, we get a new method to diagnose the fault of Shimmer Sight based on image analysis. Preprocess the image collected by CCD through digital image processing technology, and determine automatically the fault of Shimmer Sight by fault recognition mode. The new method implements the integration, digitization, and has the characteristics of flexible extension testing, which adapts to the requirements to test optics and optical performance parameters for new weapons and high-tech engineering.

Abstract: The paper analyzes ZigBee technology. According to water monitoring, the system based on ZigBee is proposed. The system contains: perception layer, network layer, support layer, application layer. The design and implementation of the system are mainly discussed. Sensor network node deployment is used by Delaunay triangulation. The network layer transmits the water quality data based on ZigBee. According to the data which have been stored in the database, data reasoning will been finished through the ontology model created. The water quality level will been obtained by data inference. The system runs well by ZigBee technology.

Abstract: This paper is devoted to the issue of the modified minimal variance control (MMVC)for the nth linear discrete-time systems under prospective strong intervention (PSI). At fist, establish the Nth order linear discrete time system model. Based on the research of the first-order linear discrete time systems under PSI with the constraint of minimal variance control, the algorithm is extended to the nth order linear discrete time systems, so one can get MMVC of the nth order linear discrete-time systems with constraint under PSI and by introducing two parameters to proof.

Abstract: China is actively carrying out smart grid demonstration projects construction. As an important part of smart grid, substations remote video and environment system are increasingly becoming the focus of research, and playing an active role for the full realization of intelligent substation. The management of the existing substations in China, still require a lot of manual inspection, and the safety and prevention capacity of unmanned substation is not high, which can not meet the increasing demands of the substation. This paper aims to present the design and application of a monitoring system of remote video and environment to smart substations. Discusses in detail how to build video and monitoring information platform, the paper introduces the design principles and the structure of the system. It has greatly enhanced the safety and reliability of substation operation, and has achieved good results in the integrated applications of remote video and environment system.

Abstract: With the technology of the workflow, we can separate the process logic from the application logic, which can make it easy and quick to operate in each flow. There are two main tasks to build the workflow model: one is the workflow process model and the other is the establishing process of the description language. This paper will first discuss the types of the workflow, then it proposes OA system model. Finally, it analyzes the workflow model.

Abstract: IR-based large scale volume localization system (LSVLS) can localize the mobile robot working in large volume, which is constituted referring to the MSCMS-II. Hundreds cameras in LSVLS must be connected to the control station (PC) through network. Synchronization of cameras which are mounted on different control stations is significant, because the image acquisition of the target must be synchronous to ensure that the target is localized precisely. Software synchronization method is adopted to ensure the synchronization of camera. The mean value of standard deviation of eight cameras mounted on two workstations is 12.53ms, the localization performance of LSVLS is enhanced.
