Abstract: Production of unitary detonating powder is great danger, to protect the operation of the safety of workers, reducing labor intensity, no one is reaching a dangerous place to operate, this paper used IPC, PLC, field bus technology, industrial television monitoring, fault diagnosis techniques for successful implementation of unitary detonating powder continuous automated production safety. This paper discussed the key technological breakthrough situation such as continuous automated production safety technology of unitary detonating powder, security technology, precise control of many parameters of the batching technology, compounded many-parameter control technology, on-line automatic screening, weighing, cartoning technology, explosion-proof robot automatic transmission technology, the following explosion and explosion-proof technology, and intrinsically safe technology. This paper realized production process of unitary detonating powder automation total volume of feed, multi-parameter control compound, pressure washing, online drying, automatic cartoning screening measurement and liquid, automatic transmission solid logistics. This paper developed the production line applied to unitary detonating powder production as a basic intrinsically safe for continuous automated production safety technology, implemented human isolation, hazardous processes unmanned operation, minimized the accident rate, greatly and improved production consistency and product quality. Abstract: The control system for Magnetic Resonance Sounding (MRS) groundwater exploration instrument was developed on the platform of LabVIEW. This system consists of transmission and reception sections. The former transmits current, controls power and acquires current and the latter controls amplifier, acquires MRS signals. In order to improve efficiency of data transmission, Ethernet based on TCP/IP is used in the system. Furthermore, the system has additional functions of pulse moment setting, equipment detection, data processing into pictures and data storage. Through outdoor experiments, it is found that the average error is less than 2%. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and correctness of the system.

Abstract: Circulating fluidized bed boiler, with heat storage capacity, nonlinear, large time delay, multi-variable and strong coupling characteristics, is a complex quantity control system. It is difficult to establish accurate model when the parameters of control object is uncertainty because of all disturbances. This article uses one way to identify model based on genetic algorithm and RBF network combined with generalized predictive control strategy, through online rolling optimization and feedback correction, to achieve predictive control. The results of the simulation show that it has strong robustness when the load condition changes, the parameter changes or lag affects.

Abstract: CCD sensor can be used as the imaging device in the initial aiming processing for the beacon laser, and can also be used as the detecting device for the communication lasers optical axis alignment error of the targeting captured trace (APT) unit in space laser communication system. In this paper, based on a double-FPGA structure, we proposed technical solutions to realize the imaging CCD sensor driving and the laser spot position detection algorithm for the CX285AL image sensor by using the overall design of the system block diagram. The spot position detection wave door track centroid algorithm for CCD sensor is also studied by using the analysis of laser transmission characteristics of the atmospheric turbulence. The simulation analysis and field tests have been verified the feasibility of this approach.

Abstract: In the stage of the calibration of electronic control unit of automobile controller, the traditional method needs to connect the calibration tool to the real ECU, which requires high calibration environment. In order to avoid dependence on the real ECU, this paper, through the introduction of the working principle of the communication way of CCP protocol and message format, uses CANoe, which is the product of German company Vector for bus simulation, to develop ECU simulator. In that way, we can realize the calibration of virtual ECU by calibration tool online and improve the efficiency of calibration system development.

Abstract: The AT89S52 MCU is the central core of the system which combined with external circuit modules for data processing. Under the stable supply of 5v DC power, the each module can be initialized by MCU, through the serial port communication technology for data exchange. The single serial bus interface technology is used to obtain DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor testing data in the system. Through the MCU data processing, the detected data will be compared with the alarm data which is given by the users. When a given range is exceeded by the detected data, the sound and light alarm is triggered, moreover, temperature and humidity control is performed. Compared with the LCD1602, the advantage of the temperature and humidity remote monitoring system are the simple structure of the circuit, work stability, accuracy and fully suitable for the need of temperature and humidity monitoring system in human living environment.

Abstract: This design uses GPRS wireless communication technology to achieve remote control of the stepper motor. The system design the software of upper machine by the VC++ based on the TCP/IP protocol. The wireless module SIM300 transfers data to the primary station by its GPRS function. Then the primary station converters the input into differential signal and send commands to slave stations via RS485 and Modbusprotocol. According to the commands, slave stations output the corresponding control signal to the stepper motor. Stepper motor has some protection function when working, such as: acceleration and deceleration and down limit , emergency stop , over-temperature .The result of experiments verifies that the aim of design GPRS-based remote control of stepper motor is realized. It is possible to improve largely both in real-time performance and reliability by using the GPRS wireless technology, it promotes the industrial monitoring and control system more intelligent and informed.
