Abstract: Researches about the viscous of municipal sludge can be constructive especially in its drying and transportation. The change of apparent viscosity in terms of moisture content and temperature reveals that the former is primary. The apparent viscosity increases rapidly at moisture content lower than 88% with an exponent function and It is negative correlation with moisture content above 90% but only a litter change which has nothing to do with the temperature. However, it becomes to oscillate below 87% of moisture content which is attributed to complicated activities of microbe and temperature.

Abstract: In view of the phenomenon that the affected area is broader, more severe losses and more difficult to relief in the urban agglomeration after major natural disasters,it is proposed that transport system reliability calculation method which based on BP neural network model.First of all,analyze the urban transport system network after a disaster, using the weight contribution rate analysis method to extract the key nodes in the network; Second, re-integrating the extracted nodes and establishing a new road network model which based on BP neural network;Then, using the cut set algorithm computing network reliability, and combined with the extent of damage of the road network after a disaster, putting forward the calculation method of urban agglomeration road network reliability after disasters; Finally, for example as changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration, examining the authenticity of the method.

Abstract: In order to guarantee the stable operation of the highway network, improve the ability of handling highway emergencies and the public service level, and give full play to the advantage of the video surveillance system in finding and confirming traffic emergencies in time, most provinces are gradually improving the construction of provincial networking platform for the highway video surveillance, and based on it, acceleration of the construction of the national highway video surveillance networking platform is needed to strengthen the coordination and management of road network in the region and the ability to command. In this paper, based on current highway video surveillance network system structure and integration technologies, and the problems that the construction of the national highway video surveillance networking platform is facing, through in-depth study of the solutions, the development ideas with strong feasibility are provided to guide the construction of national level platform, which will ensure that the platform is practical and scientific.

Abstract: Influenced by mining production, the ecological structure and function within the mine area of Hulunbuir grassland has been destroyed. Shut-in strip mine is a typical waste land with degenerated ecological system; therefore, it is necessary to process some ecological restoration projects on vegetation. Theoretical guidance is being badly needed for practice of land-reclamation. This article tries to analyze soil structure and vegetational form in mine area by examples, and adapt method of separately administering different areas which give a good solution of the conflict between strip mine exploitation and ecological restoration in Hulunbuir, provide foundation for further research in this area, as well as have some leading significance to mining development in pasture land area of our nation.

Abstract: By adopting the concept of space as a substitute for time, The species composition and succession discipline after the volcanic eruption of different historical period in Wudalianchi were studied, which were new volcano Huoshao Mountain, Laohei Mountain and old volcano East Jiaodebu Mountain, Wohu Mountain and North Gelaqiu Mountain. According to the result, there were 192 kinds of vascular plants occur in the restoration process of primary succession, which belonged to 50 families and 126 genera in the survey areas, and the number of family, genus, species of plants in the gathering progress of natural recovery succession were increased first and then decreased as time goes by in the volcano succession.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the use of a model to determine growth properties of Eichhornia crassipes in lake ecosystem restoration, in particular Eichhornia crassipes area. A logistic model was constructed to eatimate the area of Eichhornia crassipes and tested in Eichhornia crassipes samples. The area of Eichhornia crassipes was measured nine times in experiment period using GPS and satellite remote sensing images. The measurements were shown to lead to a determination of the parameters of accurate logistic model with an overall Goodness of Fit Index of 0.9753. This indicates that there is a possibility of obtaining accurate Eichhornia crassipes area from the logistic model and suggests that it is possible to implement lake ecosystem restoration with harvesting Eichhornia crassipes to remove the nutrient in lake.

Abstract: Deceleration has a great influence on the whole traffic flow in real traffic. Based on the SDNS cellular automaton (CA) traffic model, an improved single lane traffic model with considering the safe deceleration was proposed. The model not only simulated the interaction between vehicles, but also reproduced nonlinear phenomena which tallies with real traffic such as the synchronism flow and the metastable state. The model in this paper can reduce some vehicles to decelerate. Simulation is shown that the smaller the p is, the more remarkable the variation of the proportion of the vehicle is in the early stage.

Abstract: The volcanic reservoir of Yingcheng Formation in Xujiaweizi Faulted-Sag of Songliao Basin was systematically studied by analyzing the data of the core and cast thin slice. It was founded out that all effective reservoir underwent six diagenetic stages. That is why porosity evolution and physical property of those rocks were different from each other. The organic acid dissolution and CO2-bearing acidulous water dissolution,was the most useful diagenesis to the formation of effective reservoirs, secondary porosity developed mostly in the silicic volcanic rocks, which were easily dissolved by organic acid. Primary porosity system, faults and fractures, top/bottom unconformity surfaces of volcanic rocks are the key factors to dissolution.

Abstract: Turbulence coefficient r is introduced to simulate traffic disorder traffic flow characteristics. By analyzing the disturbance vehicles in the driving environment of different disordered state, the values of model simulation under different conditions analysis, using the traffic flow turbulence coefficient r disorder defined traffic flow characteristics, offers new reference for the study of the traffic flow theory. The accident rate and traffic flow turbulence characteristics are simulated and analyzed, which provides the theoretical gist for the simulation study of traffic flow.

Abstract: An experiment was conducted to determine the water sensitivity index (WSI) and water production function (WPF) of processing tomato under regulated deficit irrigation (RDI) in an arid environment. The WSI at different growth periods of processing tomato was maintained and a periodical WPF was established based on Jensen model. The maximum WSI was maintained at flowering with 0.8122 while the minimum was marked at seedling with 0.0589. In addition, WSI at full fruiting was much lower than at flowering but higher than at late fruiting. Therefore, processing tomato was extremely sensitive to water deficit at flowering and enough water should be applied to crops to maintain a high yield, while processing tomato was not sensitive to water deficit at seedling and a high level of water deficit could be reasonably controlled at this period through RDI without causing yield reduction.
