Abstract: The learning topic of this study was the creative designs of picture books in the basic design curriculum. The research subjects were the students from the Department of Commercial Design of a technology university. Hand drawings were combined with computer graphics to perform the image art designs using mixed media of innovative technology, to explore the achievements of applying the innovative technology methods in aesthetics education. During the process of creating works, the teachers and the students had continuously discussed and made modifications. Finally, the students were asked to present their works through oral presentations. The scores were given by two professional design teachers. Among all the works, the picture book titled Lop was the one with the best performance. The story was that the leading characters ears were too long, causing a lot of inconvenience. He was even mocked at by his friends. Thus, he hated his own ears a lot. However, in an accident, he unexpectedly found the advantage of his lop ears and learned to accept himself. The images of this picture book were colorful while still friendly and sincere, properly presenting the scenes in the story, helping children to develop the concept of loving both others and themselves.

Abstract: In this study, the two teachers adopted the cross-school team teaching method to guide the groups of the fourth-grade students from the Department of Commercial Design of a Technology University in Central Taiwan with their graduation design projects. The focus of this study was the team with an adult picture book as the topic. The idea of the story was from city news regarding murders for insurance fraud. An ocelot was used as a metaphor for a criminal with cruel behaviors of getting easy money through illegal measures. The initial images were hand-drawings. They were then colored using mixed media. Finally, the computer software was used to modify the images, create special effects, adjust the colors, and arrange the layout, so that the picture book could be printed and published.

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel System of Systems (SoSs) framework in order to design and optimise Supply Chains (SCs). In this paper the characteristics of System of Systems and Supply Chains have been discussed and a similarity match has been made between the two. It is interesting to note that although some of these SoSs characteristics are intrinsic in nature of the SCs others such as evolutionary behaviour and self-organization need to be modelled. In this paper, an adaptive supply chain multi-level multi-objective optimisation framework has been proposed in order to have both evolutionary and self-organized behaviour. This framework is capable of performing both local and global optimisation and adaptation to different scenarios.

Abstract: Direct Part Marking (DPM) is used for part identification and tracking. In order to avoid discrete information caused by quality data incompleteness or disorder in each stage of a product life cycle, especially for a large and complex product information, DPM is an effective method to ensure the security and traceability of the process quality status. Here describes a platform based on DPM data acquisition and quality assurance integration. The platform consists of data acquisition module and basic business functions; It builds semantic resource flexible service configuration framework, analyzes the discrete manufacturing resources meta-model relationship, defines semantic restful resource meta-model and uses the multi-view, multi-level, scalable manufacturing resource library. All of these are integrated in this platform. Through an experience of an enterprise, it is proved that the platform is feasible and configurable.

Abstract: With the rapid development of new energy vehicle in China, the volume has been the hot topic in the fields of automotive industry. A series of subsidy and financial policies has been released by the government. Peoples in this industry care about the effective of the policies especially the new energy vehicles volume and market share in China. In this paper, we analysis the development experience of developed countries such as the US and Japan, and calculate the new energy vehicles volume and market share in China from 2015 to 2020 by model. Its more effective to the government department to draw a plan of new energy vehicle development blue print.

Abstract: From the perspective of commercial banks, put the financial supply chain in the principal-agent relationship which is multi-agent and of multiple sections. This paper analyzed the principal-agent relationship between different subjects and commercial banks and information asymmetry. Secondly it also analyzes the information risk of supply chain finance caused by asymmetric information from in three aspects as risk types, risk behavior and risk loss. Finally it gives the Suggestions and countermeasures aimed to financial risk in supply chain information. It provides reference to main body understanding and the information risk of supply chain finance.

Abstract: rapid and efficient product design nowadays is one of the crucial researching fields of design methodology. The invention of virtual clay technology FreeForm is absolute a beneficial supplement to computer-aided design. Therefore, this thesis finds its value in enriching the modeling method in computer-aided design, especially in the perspective of integration between surface and fast modeling and production, a quick response to the demand and change in market.

Abstract: The express industry has developed rapidly as e-commerce is becoming to be more and more popular. The contradiction between express delivery industry and postal universal service obligation is inevitable. A collection standard of universal service fund currently has a larger dispute. This article constructs a stackelberg game model based on the dominant operator and competitive postal operator through the theoretical analysis with the postal and courier companies "asymmetric" competition, and the rationality of the fund is discussed according to the express delivery business to impose and standard, etc. Using the method of reverse solving equilibrium results, it shows that the scheme has certain feasibility, but levy must be relevant conditions.

Abstract: In recent years, large-scale power blackouts occur frequently in power system, resulting in extremely serious economic losses and social impact [. Scholars from various countries have made various levels of analysis on the causes of widespread blackouts from different angles [2-.The results show that most of the fault are caused by the cascading failure, and the linkage and relevance between failures are typical of such events. Accordingly, to strengthen the analysis of cascading has important significances on preventing the occurrence of large-scale power blackouts.
