Abstract: Export value took more than half of GDP in average from 2007 to 2011. In recent years, Nations issued a large amount of environment standards; as a result, Chinese exported products suffered recall in main target nation of export because product did not meet requirement of eco-design. In China, small and medium-sized enterprises took more than half of total enterprise in manufacturing. For small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to know well about all environment standards in world. This paper draw proposal for the development of Chinese manufacturing.

Abstract: Industrial designers generally are not following the natural ecological law,and their purpose is not to design the most satisfying products by using the least amount of raw materials and the lowest energy consumption and simultaneously prolong durability of the products. This article explores the problems which are caused during the process of industrial design with the view of ecological nature, aims at finding the measures to deal with those problems so as to coordinate the relationship among human being, products and environment during the process of industrial design eventually. From the perspective of ideology, we must rebuild the belief that man and nature are an interdependent integrity; From the perspective our practice, we must stick to the sustainable development.This is the only way to make the products benefit both human and nature and to achieve the harmonious development between human being and nature.

Abstract: In the design of anchor handling towing supply vessel (AHTS), the application of color can affect the mood and efficiency of the crew,which is directly related to the safe navigation of the ship. By analyzing the psychological sense of color, the features and effects of the color, this paper proposes a design idea and method of the internal and external color of AHTS, which is based on the special psychological of crew.

Abstract: Aimed to solve the abandoned wind problem and reduce CO2 emission in the power generation process, this paper put forward a thermal, wind power and pumped storage power station co-operation cost-benefit analysis model. And through a simulation example, found that using pumped storage power station to substitute thermal power as the alternate service for wind power, and absorb underused wind power, can reduce the use of fired units and increase the capacity of grid to absorb wind power, as well as reduce CO2 emission. Then through the sensitivity analysis, found that the amount of grid-connected wind power is a sensitive factor of CO2 emission reduction and the decrease of grid power purchase profit. So when grid implementing wind power grid connection, should use pumped storage power station as the wind power alternate service to promote wind power grid connection.

Abstract: Currently, the evaluation methods of importance measures such as structure importance measure, criticality reliability importance and B-reliability importance, have some shortcomings that the evaluation results are not comprehensive enough and the scope of usage. In order to accurately evaluate the importance measures of equipment, and to reflect the impact of the equipment on the communication network, a comprehensive evaluation method of importance measure is put forward. According to the influence of inherent structure of system and service reliability, the importance measure of equipment is calculated. By the coefficient modification, it can accurately evaluate comprehensive evaluation of electric power communication equipment based on reliability importance measures. Example result verifies the feasibility and validity of the comprehensive evaluation method.

Abstract: Assembly Sequence planning is one of the important stages during the product manufacturing process. For the purpose of effectively reducing the degree of complexity and improving the efficiency, the modeling method of assembly sequence planning based on connector structures is proposed. The concept of connector structure is presented, which is regarded as basic assembly units to cover features of assembly parts and package functional parts and connectors. The model of assembly sequence planning is built, which represents the precedence constraint relationship among connector structures. Finally, an example is studied and the model of assembly sequence planning based on connector structure is built to illustrate the effectiveness of the modeling method.

Abstract: This paper makes a grading of the probability of cascading failures using the theory of fuzzy C-means clustering to implement the level of risk assessment. Then from the perspective of power system transient security, use the specific severity functions to grade the probability of cascading failures, and the synthetical severity is graded by fuzzy theory. Finally, synthesizing the probability of cascading failures with the severity of failure, and the level of risk assessment is determined according to the principle of the maximum membership. Finally, taking IEEE 39 system for example, to assess the level of the risk of cascading failures in power grid, thus the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are verified.

Abstract: By representing uncertain parameters as interval variables, a novel structural non-probabilistic reliability model is proposed, which can deal with the case that the domain constructed by the basic interval variables locates in the safe domain. Two numerical examples are conducted to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed non-probabilistic model.

Abstract: Brittle source is a necessary condition for a system to stimulate brittleness. This paper focuses on analyzing brittle source of airline network system, according to different degrees of impact the closed airport has for the entire airline network to classify the brittle source, in order to distinguish different airports, so as to effectively control the excitation of brittleness of the airline network.

Abstract: This paper introduced a new design method for mechanical and electrical products,for example electric drill handle. By using Geomagic Studio Software, the cloud data about scanning electric drill was preprocessed, the three-dimension surface was reconfigured according to the preprocessed data, the surface reconstruction file was imported into UG Software for substantialization.
