Abstract: In order to solve the consumer demand for product diversification, setting up enterprise brand awareness. DNA genetic regularity, movement process and the working principle of theory of key technology in its product design, patent technology, operation mechanism and the value of utility has certain opportunity, on product design, material, color, modelling function for DNA extraction, using the brand concept to shape and enhance brand image and product modeling design value.

Abstract: This paper studies the integer solution of the Markowitz mean-variance model. To avoid solving the quadratic equation with constraints directly, it uses geometric linear approximate method, and gives a practical and effective calculation method. Then it conducts the corresponding calculations regarding the real data, and reaches an optimal solution while the time of calculations is largely reduced, compared to the direct way and the algebraic approach.

Abstract: Based on the domestic and overseas researches of project risk assessment methods, this paper classifies project risk assessment methods into subjective judgment methods, evidence and deduction methods, system simulation methods and other methods. After exploring their definitions, advantages and disadvantages, this paper points out that subjective judgment and empirical analogy become two mainstream risk assessment methods. In the end, this paper claims that a risk assessment method does not need any unfathomable theory for its obvious engineering characteristics, but focuses on operability and applicability.

Abstract: Through the introduction to stevedoring process of LNG terminal, the preliminary hazard analysis technique is applied to distinguish and identify three potential dangerous factors which could cause fire and explosion, and corresponding preliminary hazard lists are then established respectively. In the end, the risk levels of fire and explosion are found out to be betweenand, and the appropriate precautionary measures are given to different risk level, those provide scientific reference for putting forward safety management decision effectively.

Abstract: in this paper, take 30 enterprises from Shenzhen SME board and the GEM pharmaceutical industry as samples, using empirical methods to study the relationship between the pharmaceutical industry and business performance and debt source structure. The results showed that small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises have a negative impact on business performance, and operating liabilities have a positive impact on business performance; compared with the small service enterprises, performance of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise is poor, because its operating liabilities rate is relatively low, and the financial leverage is higher. Therefore, when small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise debt financing, financing should be appropriate for financial liabilities, and should strengthen the management of debt financing.

Abstract: This study aims to obtain the evolution of innovation cooperation by constructing and analysing patent cooperation networks for the field of Chinese marine industry. Total patents with universities, industries and research institutes are retrieved from SIPO patent database and patent networks are established by using social network analysis. Effects are found that firm-university-research institution innovation cooperation in the industry has been formed, but nodes have different cooperation preferences.

Abstract: To propose technical difficulties of PDM applied in China office chair industry, and puts forward a solution for the coding problem: first presents a PDM-based classification method of office chair products and parts; Constructed the Office Chair Product Information Tree and base on it established Office Chair Enterprise Information Coding System framework; Base on the classification method and reference the relevant standards, introduce the Tabular Layouts of Article Characteristic, the office chair coding scheme is developed. The coding technique has been verified by applying on Kingdee WISE K/3 PLM system.
