Abstract: This paper presents a solution to calculate the traffic management and control facilities fault tolerance ability to driving mistakes due to drivers fault in perception, judgment and operation. Firstly, according to Shannon information theory, the information volume of eight types of contents on transportation management and control facilities are calculated. The total information volume of these eight types of contents is the basic driving fault tolerance of the facilities. Then, the right rate that facilities set and designed, driver conditions and transportation conditions are screened out for correction coefficients. Finally, the actual driving fault tolerance is given by the product of the basic driving fault tolerance and the three correction coefficients. The solution is useful to evaluate the intersection safety level.

Abstract: Mobile operating room plays a very important role in treating patients in natural disasters such as earthquake and tsunami. However, development of surgical technology in the 21st century provides the opportunity for constructing a mobile operating room, which is also increasingly dependent on demonstrating safety, efficacy and cost effectiveness. Success in planning an efficiently mobile hybrid operating room many factors must be considered including pace limited, workflow, protocols, equipment and ergonomics. This paper will present several considerations of setting up a mobile hybrid operating room.

Abstract: Rational scheme of initial allocation of carbon emission rights is the key to the smooth running of carbon trading market. Based on the traditional carbon emission rights allocation mode, this paper combining China’s actual development of power industry and characteristics of the distribution of generation resources, put forward the impact of initial allocation of carbon emission rights on power generation replacement analysis model. By studying the impact of initial allocation of carbon emission rights on power generation rights trade, and comparing the different results of power generation rights trade, respectively, based on installed capacity allocation and power generation allocation, it is found that the mode that based on power generation allocation can better promote the power generation rights trade.

Product is not only the carrier of some function, but also the form of spirit and culture. Product semantics is established on the basis of semiotic theory. It emphasizes that product should not only have the physical function, but also be able to reveal or imply users to know how to use from its form. At the same time, product should have a symbolic meaning that can reflect the spirit and consumption cultural of consumer and make product have profound connotation. This paper researches speakers from product semantics in order to design the creative and connotative speaker to content people with deep demand.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the subjectivity of traditional evaluation method and difficulty of testing correlation on comprehensive protective of protective engineering, this message establishes the index system model of comprehensive protective of protective engineering and input-output DEA model of two goals. Based on this, the input-output DEA model of two goals is used to evaluate the comprehensive protective of protective engineering. The example shows that the method in this passage makes effort to compare the DMUs effectively and select the best DMU.

Abstract: A model to describe an effective statistic index of crop rotation level is particularly appealing for management of large-area crop rotation, because the statistic index of crop rotation level is easy to provide fast and accurate information of large-area crop rotation. We experimentally realized such a statistic index of crop rotation level using a model based on data from satellite remote sensing images. The statistic index of crop rotation level describes the status of large-area crop rotation with a statistic period or frequency. Our analysis indicated that the statistic index of crop rotation level was mediated by processing the remote sensing images of rice and cotton. Taken together with the demonstrated computation of the statistic index of crop rotation level of XingHua City, Jiangsu Province, China, our results establish the application feasibility of the statistic index of crop rotation level in management of large-area crop rotation.

Abstract: Abstract: Many marine riser risk factors in service were analyzed and the riser risk factor hierarchical structure was modeled, the weight of each riser risk factor was evaluated by the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. The simulation results and accident statistics from both home and abroad are in good agreement. It proves that the method has good practicability, more scientific, reasonable and simple than the traditional fuzzy AHP. The results provide theoretical reference for maintenance and management, danger elimination and reinforcement of marine riser.

Abstract: Mobile operators and financial institutions are the two major participants in the near field communication (NFC) payment service industry. They provide this service in four different operation modes: mobile operator-financial institution cooperation mode, mobile operators leading mode, financial institutions leading mode, and independent operating mode. The relationship between these two groups is complex because it includes both competition and cooperation. This paper sets up an evolutionary game model to study this special relationship and analyzes the cooperation motives of mobile operators and financial institutions in the NFC mobile payment industry.

Abstract: Hoisting machinery belongs to special machinery equipment and is gradually developing towards advanced technologies such as lightweight, energy conservation and safety reliability. Therefore objective evaluation for safety circumstances of bridge crane has major engineering significance. The fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation model has been established by fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. In addition, application of the fuzzy-AHP method in bridge crane safety evaluation has been discussed. Firstly, the safety evaluation index system is established according to working environment, manufacturing technology and service condition of bridge crane. Secondly, weight coefficient is determined by AHP method and single stage fuzzy evaluation is processed. Based on this result, multi stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is conducted. Finally, the safety grade of bridge crane is obtained. Besides, fatigue test of relevant main girder model is conducted and the accuracy of safety evaluation based on the fuzzy-AHP method is verified through test results.
