Abstract: An automatic spraying system of dust suppressant is proposed in this paper for active control of uneven spraying, secondary pollution in the process of pipe cleaning and inconvenient system maintenance at present. The multilayer structure hardware system including monitoring management, control layer and field directors is designed. These deficiencies are improved by the way of adopting speed adaptive PID control algorithm, the integrated design of spraying mechanism and automatic cleaning technology. The key technology and algorithm are validated experimentally. The results show that the dust suppression proposed can be saved from 20% to 30% compared with traditional spraying system. The environmental pollution and economic losses to the enterprise will also be reduced effectively.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to suppress the problem of vibration which occurs in a running two-cylinder reciprocating compressor. Determining an optimal crankshaft counterweight and narrowing the trajectory orbit of the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism is achieved. Use of finite element software (ANSYS) was used to simulate the modality of the two cylinders. In additions, the inertial force influenced to the crankshaft under different counterweight design was simulated. Simulation results by using SolidWorks software show the new counterweight was able to reduce the crankshafts eccentric by 4mm and the orbit trajectory by 10mm. This study provides the procedures pertaining to the bettering performance and assessment for an existing reciprocating compressor.

Abstract: The paper first introduces the basic concept of shortwave and ultra-short wave software defined radio (SDR) programs and the latest technical development in this area. Then we introduce the implementation of the shortwave and ultra-short wave SDR system and the workflow of each module. Based on a survey on the business markets and the technologies, we design a shortwave and ultra-short wave SDR system to meet the market requirement and technical standard. Its features include setup flexibility, scalability and operational simplicity. The design of functionality, software, hardware interface as well as parameters and targets is proposed accordingly. Finally, through engineering study and design, the proposed SDR system is expected to play a key role in emergency communications of urban areas to deal with some emergent events such as evacuation and sheltering.

Abstract: The control system of laser engraving machine based on ARM processor realize the precise control of the two-dimensional stepping motor and the laser head. This article focuses on the proposed stepping motor speed and trajectory control algorithm, and meanwhile, the speed control adopt linear acceleration and deceleration control algorithm; Trajectory control, based on the traditional point by point comparison arc interpolation method, puts forward the improved algorithm which can effectively improve the interpolation speed and interpolation accuracy. The experimental results show that the method can improve the machining precision and machining efficiency of laser engraving machine, and also can realize the high precision carving.

Abstract: As IOT technology attracted widespread attention of the whole society in recent years,communication network, intelligence chip and embedded system has become the hot spot research in the application of agriculture. This paper introduces the concept of IOT technology, expounds the IOT's three-layer structure: Perception layer, Network layer and Application layer; Meanwhile, a detail description of wisdom agriculture is also made, and the IOT's application in agriculture along with chart patterns is analyzed; Finally, the paper illustrates Internet application example and the prospects of application of IOT's technology in agriculture as well as the role in promoting scientific and technological progress and industrial development.

Abstract: High levels of reliability and high security are the basic characteristics and requirements of railway signal systems. So, reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) are necessarily analyzed before the computer interlocking system will be adopted. The All-electronic Computer Interlocking System, which is a new kind of interlocking system, still needs to analyze its RAM before being put to use. In this paper, the reliability methods and Markov model are adopted to analyze the RAM indexes of the All-electronic Computer Interlocking System when its execution layer equipped with the single configuration or the dual-redundant configuration, the paper also compares the indexes with that of the traditional computer-based interlocking system. Finally, the paper will briefly include suggestions on how the All-electronic Computer Interlocking System’s RAM indexes may be increased and also, how the system may be used practically.

Abstract: Wireless embedded database system is more complex and flexible than conventional computing environment. Embedded database computing platform requires more technologies such as asymmetric mobility, instability connected topology diversity, network communications, highly scalable systems, low reliability. This paper described the design and development process of embedded database, analyzed the database indexes, data storage and lexical analyzer. It supports CAPI interfaces and standard SQL subset, also supports ODBC or JDBC and bi-directional data exchange, and has a two-way flow of data between the central database and the embedded database.

Abstract: Based on a one-dimensional model of dielectric charging for capacitive RF MEMS switches, the accumulated charge density and actuation voltage shift were simulated. The results illustrate that rougher surface can reduce dielectric charging, so the dielectric layer should be fabricated much rougher during deposition process. But the capacitance ratio of switch will be decreased with rougher surface, which can cause a reduction of switch performance. Thus the dielectric surface roughness should be balanced in reliability and isolation.

Abstract: Performance tests and drive experiments play an important role in researches on water hydraulic artificial muscles. A test system is designed to analyze the drive characteristic of the developed water hydraulic artificial muscle. Through simulation getting main parameters, the hydraulic circuit to regulate the pressure of the water hydraulic artificial muscle and a proportional control loading system are built. The pressure control and drawing force regulation in the loading system for muscles with different diameter and length are provided by the designed test system. The experimental results show that the muscle pressure can be adjusted stably and the contraction of the tested muscle can be measured under different preset drawing forces. The test system for the water hydraulic artificial muscle is useful in the researches on drive characteristic and control system of the water hydraulic artificial muscle.

Abstract: analog TV goniometer Angle deviation signal is generated by the goniometer detector conditions necessary for the performance test, based on the analysis of the working principle of the goniometer, on the basis of using the FPGA technology to TV goniometer Angle deviation signal simulation, after finished the hardware design, the design of the FPGA module inside, and carries on the simulation, the results show that this system can accurately simulate the Angle deviation signal of the goniometer.
