Abstract: Automatic matching for the frame images of the navigation area is urgent and challenging work, especially without the help of external and internal camera parameters. By the auto-match engine between the image pairs, a method of automatic generation of the topology and matching algorithm is proposed, in which, the transform relation between the overlapped image pair, the transfer of the global topology, the relationship between the image pair and the global topology, the aided matching by the global transformation, and the generation of the overall topology relationship are introduced in detail. Experiments show the correctness and efficiency of our method.

Abstract: In order to get information timely when elderly people fall down and need assistance, a kind of intelligent video surveillance system is designed and implemented. By using this system, the elderly dont need to wear any device. The H.264 video standard, the embedded technology, network technology, video surveillance technology and image processing technology are mixed used to detect human gesture in the video stream monitored. This system updates the background by the Gauss mixture model. The moving target is segmented by using the background subtraction algorithm. Experiments show that the system can be remote monitoring and detecting attitude. When the people falls down the system can automatically alarm, and satisfy the requirement of the timeliness, accuracy and stability.

Abstract: This article describes the use of the average population density estimation methods based on video statistical analysis, and mainly discussed the research and application of the air conditioning energy-efficient system in the subway. The distributed intelligent control system in the subway station platform captured video images by more than one camera sensors, according to the computer image processing methods. And it have unique advantages for the fuzzy neural network to model the human nervous system in fuzzy information processing. When tackling the video files, the image boundary is fuzzily set, it can legitimately divide the crowd by achieving the image intelligent analysis data, and whats more, it can help to get the estimation of population density.

Abstract: Due to the advantages of the uncooled infrared focal plane array (UIFPA), it is widely used in various fields. To achieve more vivid image, the dimensions of infrared focal plane array need to be enlarged. Hence the high speed analog to digital converter (ADC) integrated on-chip needs to obtain the digital infrared imaging signal. We propose a new single slope ADC with half-period counter and two ramp generators to realize the high resolution digitizing, which can operate at much lower speed. The operation speed of this proposed single slope ADC can be decreased to the 25% of the conventional structure while the static characteristics are still good.

Abstract: In order to satisfy the higher and higher transmission rate and broadband requirement of modern communication, a 4-bit 5 GS/s digital-to-analog converter (DAC) integrated circuit is presented. The DAC circuit is based on current steering architecture and segmented with a 4 bit unary. The circuit is designed and analyzed in TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS technology. The chip size is 0.675 mm 0.525 mm. Simulation results show that the maximum integral nonlinearity (INL) is 0.15 LSB. The DAC can achieve a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 22.76 dB under a clock frequency of 5 GHz with an input signal frequency of 250 MHz, while the power consumption is 11.6 mW.

Abstract: An approach for generating multi-scroll chaotic attractors with controllable direction in one plane is proposed. Firstly, an appropriate nonlinear function is selected to control the number and direction of multi-scroll chaotic attractors in the three-order Jerk system. Then, we add new control function to Jerk system and observe Lyapunov exponent spectrum of relative coefficient and the change of equilibrium points. Different multi-scroll chaotic attractors with controllable direction are generated by adjusting the coefficient of the control function in a plane. The implementation of circuit verifies the feasibility of this method.

Abstract: In order to find the influence of ESD initial injected voltage on sensitive port of some high-frequency low-noise silicon bipolar transistors, some electrostatic discharge (ESD) experiments were taken on 9014 and 2SA812, which are beneficial to study the relevant law of ESDS (ESD sensitivity). The results show that the reverse-biased collector-base junction of 9014 and 2SA812 satisfied the law of latent damage. Besides, the ESD initial injected voltage is inversely proportional to the number of ESD before the device out of work, and proportional to the failure voltage.

Abstract: It is necessary to make full use of explosive energy and reduce the loss of unnecessary energy when we study high-powered radio frequency explosive magnetic flux compression generator . Therefore, this paper proposed that indirect charging was used in radio frequency explosive magnetic flux compression generator. Based on the equivalent circuit theory, we studied the interaction of two loops in the case of indirect charging. The numerical simulation results showed that we must choose appropriate circuit parameters of charging in order to guarantee the radio frequency explosive magnetic flux compression generator to run steadily.
