Abstract: With the general progress of information technology, the computer & network technology are generally applied in the tax system of which it will make more rooms for the tax administration and services in implementing the electronization, networking, transparency and efficiency developments. Meanwhile, the computer & network security issues become more prominent and significant in the e-tax system. In the paper, the author puts forward the corresponding solutions and measures by analyzing the network risks of the e-tax applications from the technical and management points.

Abstract: A challenging topic for e-learning system is to find appropriate learning assets for users when e-learning takes place in an open and dynamic environment. A good personalized e-learning environment should recommend right learning content for learners. In order to find appropriate learning materials for learners with different preferences, this paper presents a fuzzy set theoretic method for e-learning system. Firstly, e-learning resource and user interest are represented with fuzzy value. Secondly, an algorithm based on various fuzzy set theoretic similarity measures is introduced to find the e-learning contents matching learners request. Lastly, the approach to introduce learning materials for learners, based on the similarity computing, is given. Compared to the baseline crisp set based method presented, our method shows an improvement in precision without loss of recall.

Abstract: Cloud computing has attracted more people's attention and been extensive research. In order to provide satisfying service for users during the implement process of data-intensive workflow application in cloud environments, an improved algorithm is proposed which based on reliance group with high degree of dependence. By this measure, users can obtain the ideal acceleration radio of cost and service performance. Furthermore, more comprehensive resource service is provided by service providers.

Abstract: We present a pipelined parallelism approach to implement the short-range force computations in molecular dynamic simulations on a multi-core machine. Our methodology is based on the OpenMP programming model. It uses multiple producer threads and a single consumer thread to adapt the application for pipeline parallelism, and utilizes the high inter-core communication bandwidth. Multiple producer threads compute the short-range force, and the consumer thread modifies the global force-array. Compared with some other methods applied in data parallelism that can parallelize reduction operations on a force-array, our method achieves high performance especially when the simulation system is characterized by irregular geometry or by inhomogeneous atom densities.

Abstract: This paper studies the network model in SLN by applying the methodology of social network to a widely accepted, real-life user interactive network scenario. The data and experiments are based on micro-blogging (Sina Weibo). Results show that the statistic properties of SLN are in close analogy with that of social network. Contrary to our normal understanding, some nodes with too much semantics (especially under one category) are in decreased chances of having links from newly added nodes.

Abstract: The conical area evolutionary algorithm (CAEA) can efficiently solve the bi-objective optimization problems by borrowing some ideas from decomposition and hypervolume. In this paper, the optimal hypervolume performance of the CAEA with an infinite number of sub-problems is proved through the squeeze theorem for limits. Experimental results on several bi-objective optimization problems have shown that not only CAEA performs much better than NSGA-II and MOEA/D in terms of efficiency, but also CAEA with a larger number of sub-problems has the better hypervolume performance.

Abstract: Base64 is one of the most common encoding styles to transfer 8 byte code in the internet. Base64 is used widely, through which the data is usually put in URL. However, the mark % as a wildcard will be generated after encoding by standard Base64. Therefore, Base64 after URL encoded could not be directly stored in the database. To solve the problem, this essay presents a improved Base64, which can be directly stored in the database. The reconfigurable and flexibility of FPGA, the design by Verilog HDL and the comprehensive line used by Quartus II 13.0 can be achieved. Eventually, adaptation to the DE2 development board is tested. Practice has proved that there are many merits of the system, such as: simple structure, fast operation speed and good flexibility and so on.
