Abstract: With the promotion of IT applications and the rise of Web 2.0, mass users' individual requirements continue to emerge. How to quickly meet increasing development and maintenance requirements has been a critical problem of software development. Is it possible for end-users to develop software This paper chooses Web information systems as the research field, studies the end-user programming technology, and designs an end-user oriented visual domain-specific language VUDSL for university Web information systems. VUDSL programming tools are also implemented, to support end-users without the knowledge of software engineering to develop target information systems by visual programming.

Abstract: The paper deals with a single machine scheduling problem with deteriorating jobs and group technology (GT) assumption. By deteriorating jobs and group technology assumption, we mean that the group setup times and job processing times are both simple linear functions of their starting times. We show that the makespan minimization problem with release dates can be solved in polynomial time.

Abstract: In this note, we consider the machine scheduling problems with the effects of learning and deterioration. In this model, job processing times are defined by functions dependent on their starting times and positions in the sequence. The scheduling objectives are makespan, sum of completion times. It is shown that even with the introduction of learning effect and deterioration jobs to job processing times, several flow shop problems remain polynomially solvable.

Abstract: This note studies the flow shop scheduling problems with the effects of exponential learning and simple linear deterioration. The objective functions are to minimize makespan, total completion, the sum of the th power of completion times and total lateness. We show that several flow shop problems can be solved in polynomial time.

Abstract: To overcome the problem of tending to converge to part in anycast QoS routing based on Genetic Algorithm, a new improved anycast QoS routing algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm is proposed which adopt the improved chaotic disturbance operator. The simulated result shows that this algorithm has a good ability of global search, and it can find a set of low-cost paths with bandwidth constraints and delay requirements efficiently and quickly. By comparing the simulation data, the success rate of finding the optimal solutions is improved, and the larger network scale, its advantage is more obvious.

Abstract: In a lot of software, the functions involved to system management are unsatisfied. Meanwhile, the widely used Microsoft Spy + + which comes with Visual Studio has hidden the core part of the system. So, most of users and researchers have no way to understand and study deeply on the status of system operating, the forming procedures and problems maybe existed, such that many technicians can not enter the core zone of the OS. This paper aimed to provide a platform for developers to study the process and thread deeply, the platform whose functions are no less than Microsoft Spy + + and can provide much and more detail information of process and thread than that of Microsoft Spy++.

Abstract: There are various types of corruption risks in the processes of public powers operation. This paper aims at the occupational corruption risks emerging from the exercise of public powers. Combined with the research on the construction project of the system and the introduction of data mining, this paper will probe into the scientific and effective data mining algorithms. By doing so, an electric cage is weaved to curb the abuse of powers by screening and selecting the early warning signs, thus guard against occupational corruption risk problems at the source.

Abstract: This article analyzes the concept of cloud computing, the concept and difficulties of digital library, and the cloud on the Digital Library from the information resources, users, workers and facilities. Cloud computing has brought us a new perspective to look at the current resource-sharing problem, cloud computing can be applied to digital library resources to improve information sharing capabilities and improve resource utilization. Our results show that a cloud implementation may be a feasible alternative for its continued operation and growth.

Abstract: According to the problem that the students learning is passive and less interest in class study, a new scheme of merging life scene and project implement is presented in C programming. This method can motivate students interest in C programming learning, changing passive learning into active learning. Three years experiments of about 600 students in computer science and software engineering show that this method can activate students helping them to deeply understand abstract theory and rigid syntax rules, build up programming literacy, thus promote their technical knowledge grasp ability, programming ability and professional ability.

Abstract: On the basis of the thought and target of adaptation on the socialist market economy reform and development, this paper discusses the problems about how to develop out domestic accounting computerization with the purpose of complying with the development trend of nowadays network times. ERP system reflects the advanced financial accounting, management accounting and cost management thought. It can meet the diversified information demands of the information users. The financial system in ERP is integrated, management and decision oriented. It realizes the transformation from the reflection on the financial information after the event to the real-time support on the financial management and decision making, and from the closed single financial management to the integrated comprehensive enterprise management. Therefore, ERP system will be the inexorable trend of our domestic accounting computerization development.
