Abstract: This paper discusses three general automatic scoring algorithms including software quality metric algorithm, dynamic testing algorithm and static analysis algorithm based on program understanding, analyzes and designs their rationality, practicality and maneuverability. Therefore, a new automatic scoring strategy which combines dynamic testing and pattern matching based on program understanding is proposed. This method focuses on the accurate expressions on program algorithm and semantic points in student program, enhances the performance of the automatic scoring system and matches the idea of manual scoring better.

Abstract: Community discovery is a crucial task in social network analysis, especially in describing the evolution of social networks. Although some works have focused on finding the dynamic community, there are still some open problems need to be conquered, such as analyzing the dynamic and weighted community. In this paper, we propose a framework for analyzing weighted communities and their evolutions via clustering correlated weight vectors to enhance existing community detection algorithms. The International trade network is used to verify our framework. Experiments show that the framework discovers and captures the evolving behaviors with temporal elements and weight values.

Abstract: In the real-time network video surveillance system which uses UDP for data transmission, the packet loss and delay of H.264 video data unit would cause image pause and blur. The paused and blurry image affects the quality of users’ experience. In this paper, we put forward Idr (invalid data rate) to integrate the delay and packet loss rate and chooses code rate as the target of adjustment. We propose an adaptive transmission approach based on QoE Measurement of invalid data rate. Experiment result shows that, this approach can improve the video fluency and clarity as well as user experience.

Abstract: A literature evaluation method based on user interest is proposed by synthesizing self-values of literature and subjective values relative to query users in this paper. Firstly, in the process of mining user interests by hierarchical clustering, vector space model is employed for expressing the literature information that reflects users download behavior and the feature space is compressed by latent semantic indexing to reduce the space dimension. Secondly, subjective value of new literature relative to researchers is quantitatively evaluated in latent semantic space. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation model of literature reading value is constructed by the transformed E-measure index based on self-value and subjective value relative to query user. Experiments show that the proposed evaluation method by fully weigh subjective and objective factors of literature is more reasonable and effective compared with the traditional evaluation methods.

Abstract: Requirement is the cornerstone of the project,A good requirements specification is the key to the success of the project, requirements specification content from the user's requirements. How to accurately, effectively elicitation of the user's requirements This paper on the different application system of nuclear power enterprise used by the methods in requirements elicitation were discussed. By choose the correct method can effectively elicitation of the user's requirements.

Abstract: environmental monitoring should have real-time, reliability and sustainability, the article design a device which can meet the request of environmental monitoring. the wireless sensor networks device based on ZigBee is described in detailed, meanwhile, a new routing strategy based on LEACH algorithm is proposed, implement of the strategy is described in the thesis. The new routing strategy is suitable for the long time monitoring, and realized the establishment of network cluster head nodes, broadcasting, selection and scheduling. According to the distance and energy consumption of nodes make a decision that the node joining a cluster or as a separate node directly communicate with the control node. The simulation results show that the device can real-time collection and remote transmission environmental temperature, humidity and other information, reduce energy consumption of data transmission, Prolong the network life-time, improve the network quality, and ensure the wireless sensor networks stable wrok, realize the network optimization.

Abstract: With the development of enterprise information system, a fast recovery from IT fault or incident has become more and more important. To ensure that users can resume their work as soon as possible, this paper designs and implements an event management process. Based on the international standards ITIL and ISO20000, this paper discusses the incident management process design and implementation. This design improved incident management processes, defined the responsibilities and implementing guidelines of roles involved, define key performance indicators extracted. This design can be widely used in IT companies fault handling and event management.

Abstract: The core ideal of IT customer service management is that all business activities of the enterprise shall base on fulfilling with customers needs, and treat providing products or services tailored to customers needs as the enterprises obligation, and treat customers satisfaction as the enterprises objective. By referencing to international standard theory in ISO20000 and combining with the real work situation of IT customer service, this article analyses and gives the overall structure and main contents of IT customer service system, and aimed at planning service catalogues, service specifications, service procedures etc., so to ensure to provide safe, stable and high quality IT customer services to customers to meet mutual agreements, and to increase the cost efficiency of IT resource investment, and to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Abstract: This paper concerns the design of high-speed and low-cost LDPC code bit-flipping decoder. Due to its inferior error correction strength, bit-flipping decoding received very little attention compared with message-passing decoding. Nevertheless, emerging flash-based solid-state data storage systems inherently favor a hybrid bit-flipping/message-passing decoding strategy, due to the significant dynamics and variation of NAND flash memory raw storage reliability. Therefore, for the first time highly efficient silicon implementation of bit-flipping decoder becomes a practically relevant topic. To address the drawbacks caused by the global search operation in conventional bit-flipping decoding, this paper presents a novel bit-flipping decoder design. Decoding simulations and ASIC design show that the proposed design solution can achieve upto 80% higher decoding throughput and meanwhile consume upto 50% less silicon cost, while maintaining almost the same decoding error correction strength.
