Abstract: After factory structure, building, pipeline and equipment acting as a completed system are constructed completely and before the whole system is ready putted into use, it is necessary and significant to do some test or adjustment in order to make it work successfully as designed. At the period of operation maintenance, what Operation and Management Department wanted are not only the common design drawings, as-built documents but also some documents or information related with operation maintenance such as state data of device, material details and so on. BIM provides clients an effective approach to acquire the whole information of building by integrating building space message with parameter information of equipment. In view of advantages that brought by BIM, as-built documents management system will be designed and exploited. This system is expected to support the management of as-built documents and direct goal is implementing the whole delivery of as-built factory models.

Abstract: To infer the network protocol state machine is very useful in network security-related contexts, both in research and management. This process follows an extension of the classic Angluins L* algorithm and has achieved an extended version of some Mealy automata to represent or model a communication protocol. The algorithm has been validated by inferring the protocol state machine from SMTPFTP protocol, and tested offline algorithms for the comparison experiments. The experimental results show that this method can more accurately identify the network protocol state machine and is of the important application value.

Abstract: This paper has presented a mobile clinical information system for hospital ward rounds based on iPad. We use Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) infrastructure together with web service technology to make the distributed and fragmented medical data accessible through mobile devices. Trial version in our hospital showed that the system is feasible and efficient enough to apply in clinical settings.

Abstract: For the smart card, the existing security system does not establish a secure communication with the terminal application, which makes the possibility of being attacked by intercepted, modified or forged orders. In this paper, the definition of security session is given. Through a combination of the original concept of security state and security attributes, security session can set up secure communication channel between the smart card and the applications on terminals, which form a new smart card security communication mechanism.

Abstract: Nowadays there are large volumes of data in real-world applications, which poses great challenge to class-imbalance learning: the large amount of the majority class examples and severe class-imbalance. Previous studies on class-imbalance learning mainly focused on relatively small or moderate class-imbalance. In this paper we conduct an empirical study to explore the difference between learning with small or moderate class-imbalance and learning with severe class-imbalance. The experimental results show that: (1) Traditional methods cannot handle severe class-imbalance effectively. (2) AUC, G-mean and F-measure can be very inconsistent for severe class-imbalance, which seldom appears when class-imbalance is moderate. And G-mean is not appropriate for severe class-imbalance learning because it is not sensitive to the change of imbalance ratio. (3) When AUC and G-mean are evaluation metrics, EasyEnsemble is the best method, followed by BalanceCascade and under-sampling. (4) A little under-full balance is better for under-sampling to handle severe class-imbalance. And it is important to handle false positives when design methods for severe class-imbalance.

Abstract: Network teaching platform for the major of human resource management in colleges was studied with the method of literature review. Firstly, the definition and the composition of network teaching platform were described. Secondly, the advantages of network teaching platform were summarized, which included training the students of human resource management major comprehensively, reducing the barriers of human resource management automation, spreading the HRMIS, etc. Thirdly, some suggestions to the network teaching platform were made. These suggestions could be classified into two aspects: some suggestions are for system itself, the others are for the system users. The aim of this paper is expected to propel forward the application of network teaching platform in colleges.

Abstract: Hybrid automatic retransmission technology for reducing the error rate and the rate of data transmission system play an important role in the LTE-A system, so designing A good kind of HARQ transmission mechanisms and processes is necessary for system operation, which has guidance for network and terminal. In this paper the main research is the downlink HARQ. Based on the interface between the layers, the paper designs a flow chart for the HARQ, finally, makes a brief introduction of the SDL and TTCN tools and its work principles, based on the previous design and development of code, takes the process of data transmission for instance, by the C code embedded in the SDL, gets the software implementation, and by use of the TTCN tools, makes a conduction of test case, and then by the co-simulation of SDL and TTCN, gets the MSC diagram of the related process, and verify the correction of the previous designed by the analysis of the MSC.

Abstract: Firstly,This paper improves the test framework for protocol conformance testing platform.Secondly, A testing suit is exploited by the test control notation version 3(TTCN-3) to verify the protocol conformance testing. Furthermore, It gets TTCN simulation graphics through specific the re-establish testing suit. At last, Theoretical analysis and simulation results show the advantages of testing program as well as the feasibility of the platform.

Abstract: According to 3GPP latest standards, we give specific analysis of the AM (confirmed) mode data transmission process and the process of the function in this article, then we focusing on how to design and achieve PDCP(Packet Data Convergence Protocol ) confirmation mode based on the practical application . Including system design, primitive design and memory management, as well as what need to do during the boot. Confirmation mode is truly play its role in the reconstruction process, we elaborate the reconstruction process details of the reconstruction process from the point of view of RRC (Radio Resource Control) global angle and the the PDCP local angle . The program was fully proven to meet the requirements of the LTE system.

Abstract: This paper studies the characters of wireless fading channel based on TD-LTE, and it is critical of multipath effect and Doppler effect. So there design a math channel model combining these factors. And then set up link in Matlab to analyse the model. Through simulating we can optimize the model. After that it is implemented by FPGA of final determined math channel model. Using TD-LTE baseband signal as driven signal, this model is simulated and implemented in ModelSim platform. Through comparison and analysis the error between the channel impulse of the model and the result of Matlab link, we can obtain that the relative error is very little. So it can confirm reliability of this channel simulator.
