Abstract: In order to further improve the throughput and performance of the LTE system in the LTE-A system,this paper proposes a kind of AMC before the channel equalization in the LTE-A system. The scheme will be the channel matrix rank, channel correlation and channel equalization of SNR together as parameter for MCS, through the CQI-SNR curve to find the channel equalization before the final CQI to complete the feedback.And it solves the problems that the traditional AMC only relies on the SNR, and the SNR accuracy requirements. The theory and simulation results show, this scheme can improve the system throughput and performance.

Abstract: In LTE system, control plan and user plan are separated. Therefore ESM sub-layer which belongs to control plan can neither manage the using of physical bearers real time, nor implement the function of up-link traffic flow template UL-TFT. In order to transferring users data correctly and obtaining corresponding QoS service, it is necessary to add a bearer control entity BC in user plan during designing of protocol stack in UE, which can manage bearers and identify service data flows-SDF.

Abstract: The interworking with the PSTN network is a network integration issues which must be solved. M2PA, M2UA and M3UA were compared and M3UA was selected because of its stronger flexibility. For the convenience of equipment expansion, IP switch was used in the hardware designation of PSTN Gateway. The software designation was based on independent entity. Socket communication mode which is loosely coupled was used between different entities. The software was divided into the SIP Proxy Module, the Signal Adapter Module, the Service Adapter Module, the Code and Decode Resource Control Module, and so on. The conversion of format, code, identification between SIP and No.7 signaling was realized. Multi-channel controller was used in the conversion of voice stream between the E1 interface circuit mode and RTP/RTCP mode. The interworking between PSTN and IMS was realized through the gateway and the old equipments can be used in the new network. This work is helpful to promote the network integration work.

Abstract: Estimation of polarization state interference is the key problem of polarization information processing, this paper studies the mathematical principles of adaptive polarization filtering technique and simulation, A conclusion can be drawn: the polarization technique not only estimate the effect is very good for fixed interference polarization interference polarization on the change of style, style can also fast tracking, estimation accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm are more excellent, which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of performance and practical algorithm.

Abstract: The triangular mesh subdivision to any planar field has been widely adopted in such applicable fields as configurable engineer, computer graphics, and scientific computation visualization and so on because of its well approach to the borderline. Thus, developing and researching on one certain effective and reliable triangular mesh subdivision algorithm has important theoretical and practical meanings. This paper firstly describes a refined algorithm about triangular mesh based on geometrical multi-grid method, and discusses its advantages and disadvantages. Secondly a new refined algorithm about triangular mesh subdivision is put forward by applying Fermat point and its properties as well as the minimum weight theory of triangular meshed subdivision. Finally, this paper proves that this refined algorithm can actually improve the efficiency of triangular mesh subdivision and generate grids amount and quality.

Abstract: This paper provides an automatic method of splicing shredded printed paper which was shredded by shredder. A splicing degree function was defined by using bicubic spline technology. Based on the splicing degree function, a 0-1 mixed integer programming model was used to solve the shredded paper splicing problem. The whole solving process was automatic, and the result was perfect.

Abstract: This article provides a whole solution to the battery manufacturing execution system (MES) which realizes the complete control of data in battery manufacturing . MES can improve the manufacturing efficiency. Along with many other functions like quality trace, production planning, quality management, production status monitoring, production tracking, profit forecast predicting profit, recording of exceptional production, raw material management, equipment management, report printing etc .To remain competitive, manufacturers need MES solutions that meet their industry-specific needs. All the functions turn the battery manufacturing execution system into a production, management, decision-making supporting system which combines work flow, data flow and control flow.

Abstract: With the rapid development of hydropower in China, there are a lot of reservoirs under constructions are put into operation. Therefore, resource scheduling of distributed water conservancy project has become a key focus in current researches. Based on distributed water multi-level resources, the paper put forward to apply the improved genetic algorithm to reservoir resource scheduling. In this way, water level sequence can be the basic genetic algorithm coding scheme, and storage status of reservoir can be stored with the array. Then the genetic algorithm coding can be operated based on the corresponding array index of each reservoir. The paper tries to prove the feasibility of this scheduling policy with some examples, simplifying the process of scheduling algorithm and providing guiding basis for water resource scheduling.

Abstract: In order to describe the shape of the trees in nature better and simulate the trees realistically, This method that by changing the parameters of affine transformation matrix the different types of three dimensional fractal images are drawn is discussed.and the model of generating three dimensional plant is built based on iterated function system.Finally take an example like a set of images through contractive affine transformation and in the chaosPro environment,the graphics are generated and the different types of natural scenery of trees are simulated,using the established model and translation, rotation and scaling of affine transformation.

Abstract: We focused on when and how to reorder the Chinese NPs A+(de)+B+(de)+C wherein A,B and C are three separate and smallest chunks for reordering. Based on the types of chunks A, B and C, we analyzed four types for the Chinese NPs A+(de)+B+(de)+C and their grammar structures in theory and summed five reordering patterns by comparing the orders Chinese NPs A+(de)+B+(de)+C with their English orders. We used a rule-based method and built formalized 53 rules to identify the boundaries of chunks A, B and C using the Boundary-Words and developed a strategy on how to reorder the chunks efficiently. At last, we used a rule-based MT system on the SCT model to test our work, and the experimental results showed that our rule-based method and strategy were very efficient.
