Abstract: A flexible hemispherical coverage array antenna based on multi-planar arrays is proposed to meet the growing demands for multi-target TT&C. The advantages and disadvantages of multi-planar arrays and dome phased in engineering implement are compared. Meanwhile, the influence of different number of plane arrays on antenna pattern is analyzed. For the purpose of interference suppression a novel beamforming method by adding constraint conditions is analyzed to enhance the performance of antenna for TT&C system. Considering the influence of occultation effect on the antenna performance, an effective occultation algorithm is presented. Firstly, the faces in bright area are projected on the plane that is perpendicular with the direction of receiving wave. Secondly, adopting the principle of line segment intersection, the intersect relationship of projective planes is determined. Finally, the facets shadowing relationship is judged by the overlapping and depth-of-view of facets along the receiving wave direction. Theoretical analyses and simulation results show that the antenna has approximate uniform gain beampattern in different steered angle and the occultation algorithm is feasible and effective.

Abstract: This paper discusses the regular longitudinalcutting torn scraps of paper splicing. The degree of similarity of two scraps is acquired according to their pixel characteristics. Then this splicing problem can be converted into TSP problem and the Optimization Model can be established. After the leftist torn scrap of paper been found, the remaining paper can be attached one by one according to the pixel characteristics. Finally, the best algorithm of single page Stitching recovery is given by this paper.

Abstract: The paper formulated a proposed methodology to manage diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortage (DMS) with conclusions and recommendations on the subject of component obsolescence management in a military electronic support environment. By assessing applicable literature as well as feedback and lessons learned from relevant support projects, a strategy for the management of component obsolescence is proposed. The aim of the research is to explore the problem of managing DMS strategies by the method of project management and describes the risk of running distinct strategies to solve problems of DMS by fuzzy theory and possibility theory. Based on the results, this paper can be applied to support businesses quickly to determine the Strategies Combination, Resource Allocation and Inventory by using the model and genetic algorithm. A case study of an aerospace industry is used to illustrate the concept developed, which would be meaningful to reduce applicable obsolescence risks and thereby reducing related inventory and manpower costs.

Abstract: Surface plasmon polariton (SPP) waves exhibit local characteristics that can break diffraction limits; for this reason, the production of subwavelength optoelectronic device has been the focus of current studies. To determine the importance of surface plasmon wave applications, we aim to investigate whether or not the theoretical dispersion obtained in the plasma and metal (Drude model) exhibits the same expression, satisfy the relationship of SPPs by controlling the electron density of the plasma and the frequency of the incident electromagnetic wave, and derive the system performance parameters and plasma density parameters by changing the grating geometry and dielectric constant of the surrounding medium by using the grating structure based on surface plasmon propagation characteristics associated with sensor research. The simulation results of then design structure showed that transmission bandwidth rapidly decreases and transmission peak gradually decreases as metal dielectric thickness decreases. An SPP sensor can effectively eliminate light instability in the two wavelengths of light intensity difference to obtain anti-interference and improve the range of the measuring instrument by using two fiber-grating structure filters. Therefore, studies on surface plasmon devices for integrated application are of promotional importance.

Abstract: With frequency selective fading from multi-path characteristic and time selective fading from high speed mobility, double selective channel has become the typical context for the current wireless communication system. To realize high performance transmission in time-varying channel, this paper presents DAFT-OFDM multicarrier modulation scheme. The simulation results show that the scheme is applicable to time-varying fading channel, in which each path experiences independent Doppler spread. The scheme can also reduce ICI effectively.

Abstract: The methods of starlight refraction navigation has very strict geometric requirements to starlight refraction direction, in order to capture the refraction of stars accurately, and avoid emerging the serious loss of accuracy of lost star, a forecasting method of interference refractive starlight is proposed in this paper. This method can consider all sorts of bodies under the influence of interference, and predict starlight direction that can happen refraction in the instant position of the corresponding spacecraft, so as to adjust the star sensor posture in advance for quick capture starlight refraction. At the same time, from the geometric relationships researching and analyzing the influence mechanism between refraction stars number and distribution by various interference, the influence of the simulation results show that refraction star distribute on both sides of the spacecraft orbit zonally, its number is closely related to the altitude. While through to accurately forecast on the starlight refraction direction, we can make the spacecraft navigation precision and capture refraction star speed increased by more than one times. Therefore, this paper has important value of engineering application.

Abstract: The paper researches on robots obstacle avoidance walking in a certain range, searching the shortest path between two points and the shortest walking time under some limitation of speed conditions. The paper first uses AutoCAD software to carry out field simulation, drawing out various robot walking route options. Then applying the distance between two points, sine and cosine theorems and related knowledge of plane geometry such as arc length formula to carry out modeling, and then uses Mathematica software to calculate various length of the path, finally take the shortest after analysis and comparison. On this basis, and after summed up various walking routes, we can see that from the start point to destination in this paper, the less the wheel number is, the narrower the distance between obstacles is, the shorter the path is. Finally, the paper carries out systematic evaluation and improvement on the disadvantages and advantages of the model, and gives the model promotes ideas.

Abstract: The harm of stored product pests are very serious, which caused huge losses to the national economy. It is important to strengthen the research on the insects, for the protection of reservoir storage and quarantine. In the recognition of stored product insects, Some insects have anabiosis, once it is missed, if the external environment is favorable, it will flourish and spread, there will be great harm to the storage of food. This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of the near infrared spectroscopy technology combined with the basic principle of digital image processing and recognition technology. The basic principle of automatic identification technology of dead and live insects, it is based on the difference of absorption and reflection of near-infrared light for the identification of insect pests. This paper presents a new idea of research on near infrared spectroscopy technology and digital image processing technology for automatic identification of direction in the dead and live insects.
