Abstract: With the development of information era, network security is gradually becoming an outstanding issue of Internet field, and they have an increasingly important impact on peoples lives. The event of military leaks due to the break of network security has line up trend annually. How to deal with the issues like this and hold the dynamic progress of network security threat in a right way so that we can cope with the threat that may have happened is becoming a problem that we faced. The paper analyzes the research approaches of recent network security according to the introduction of network security situation and assessment elements.

Abstract: China is the largest garment consumption. The garment industry has become an important part of our national economy, and it is closely related with people's life, consumption, production. It is an important reflection of development in economic and social. But with the deepening of economic globalization, production and supply of garment enterprises began to compete in the same industry chain, the information collection, exchange, reaction of the supply chain has become a key factor to improve the competitiveness of enterprise. Whose information of supply chain timely, accurately, effectively transfer between node enterprises will be able to win in the competition. In the paper, the author analyze problems about our country enterprise construction and the characteristics of logistics informationization, combing with Chinese garment industry reality environment and the special situation of garment industry. Finally the author puts forward a series of garment industry informatization strategy, to break the bottleneck and improve the rapid response to market demand.

Abstract: This paper studies and analyzes the BER performance of the OFDM system, and completes the system simulation on this basis, measures and calculates the BER through the SNR, the Doppler effect and the Short Guard Interval. During the simulation, we use BPSK, QPSK and 16PSK modulation techniques, and choose the Gaussian white noise channel. Using SNR, Doppler effect and Short Guard Interval effects to OFDM signal can improve the system performance.

Abstract: This paper emphasizes the wireless relaying performance analysis in interference environment. We will analyze the main performance metrics such as outage and error probability of the communication system in interference environment, and will make some simulation to demonstrate the result of theory analysis. In relay transmission system, either two relaying or multiple relaying, its basic principles are based on the two relaying system. In this paper, the wireless relay system performance in the interference environment will be analyzed and simulated on the basis of previous studies.

Abstract: The OFDM system modulates signal by using a plurality of spectrum aliasing orthogonal sub-carriers, so it is extremely sensitive to carrier frequency offset, and any tiny frequency offset may destroy the orthogonality of the sub-carriers, thereby seriously affecting the performance of the system. So carrier frequency offset is the primary problem for the OFDM technology, and in recent years it has also become a focus for researchers. Accurate frequency synchronization is the precondition for the OFDM system to work properly. The main purpose of this paper is to seek a more reliable and viable carrier frequency offset estimation algorithm on the results of previous studies.

Abstract: Chromatic dispersion and nonlinearity effect are the two important factors affecting the optical pulse which propagates in the optical fiber. The former makes the pulse broaden, the latter mainly broaden pulse spectrum. Therefore, the linear and nonlinear dispersive propagation and control of optical pulses in the fiber has always been an important research topic of concern. In this paper, Starting from the nonlinear Schrodinger equation of the optical pulse and neglecting the chromatic dispersion, under the situation of chirp and chirp-free Gaussian pulse, we analytical analyzed, calculated and simulated the frequency chirp, pulse broadening factor and waveform of the Gaussian optical pulses in dispersion fiber. And numerical studied the waveform evolution of chirp-free super-Gaussian optical pulse with distance, analyzed the influence of optical pulse propagation by dispersion in different shapes and different initial chirp.

Abstract: This paper reports on research in the area of Green Urbanism and new models for urban growth and neighborhoods, as cities need to transform from a fossil-based model to a model based on sustainable energy sources. The paper deals with cross-cutting issues in architecture, landscape architecture and urban design and addresses the question of how we can best cohesively integrate all aspects of energy systems, transport systems, waste and water management, passive and active strategies, natural ventilation and so on, into contemporary urban design of Eco-Cities with an improved environmental performance of cities. This text reflects upon practical strategies focused on increasing sustainability beyond and within the scope of individual buildings and provides a context for a general discourse about the regeneration of the city centre, its transformation to a sustainable model, and discusses how urbanism is affected (and can be expected to be even more affected in future) by the paradigms of ecology. Recent examples for the application of such urban design principles are the two proposals for the Australian city of Newcastle: the City Campus and Port City projects. These case studies illustrate that it is less environmentally damaging to stimulate growth within the established city centre rather than sprawling into new, formerly un-built areas. Three steps from passive building design to active mechanical equipment. The designer needs to take full advantage of basic, passive building strategies first, before adding mechanical active equipment. Motto: More with less. The entire urban metabolism is based on energy supply. However, a new symbiosis between countryside and city is emerging: The century-old tension between rural and urban might finally get resolved, where the city stops to grow at the expense of its rural hinterland.

Abstract: Nowadays, there has been a lot of research on subjective evaluation of stereoscopic videos and stereoscopic images for 3DTV and 3D movies, that research always take image quality and visual comfort as the main assessment factors. In this paper, we focused on the subjective evaluation method for the digitizing of stereoscopic video of dynamic culture resources, summarized four assessment indicators and the contents of each indicator; then we analyzed several influence factors that would affect the evaluation results; finally, we showed the details of evaluation method and proposed relevant evaluation scare of the indicators. Our research will provide the basis for the later evaluation works of stereoscopic video for the digitizing of dynamic culture resources.

Abstract: In distributed optical fiber pipeline pre-warning system, the sampling rate is very high for threatening event location, so vast data will be generated which is inconvenient for transfer or storage. This paper adopts the compressive sensing approach to reduce the data quantity. The sparsity of each segment of the signal is important for signal recovery, and it controls the measurement number needed. However, the sparsity of every segment is difficult to achieve. In this paper, the sequential approach is used to fix the measurement number of each segment of the optical fiber pipeline data. This segment sequential approach further reduces the amount of data on the basis of compressive sensing. Simulation is carried out on the actual optical fiber pipeline pre-warning data, and the experimental results show that the reconstruction SNR could exceed 26dB using this algorithm.
