Abstract: Based on slab location and discharge decision, this paper researches the solution of transportation scheduling in the Slab Warehouse, builds up a mathematical model with an objective of minimize the total transportation time considering the location and discharge task at the same time. Moreover, decentralizes this objective to different Agents to form a Multi-Agent system. And reconciles the conflicts among Agents based on a biding-arbitration mechanism. The simulation results show that the system could be performed efficiently and balanced.

Abstract: First analyzing electromagnetic compatibility system of the wired circuit, and then electromagnetic shielding, PCB board electromagnetic compatibility and filtering are used to develop an anti-broadband electromagnetic interference wired phone. It can resolve practical problems of SLT dialing error in strong electromagnetic interference, voice unclear and intermittent communication. After 30 days test, experiment shows that in 50m radiating field of high-power VHF radar or shortwave radio, speech intelligibility of phone designed was higher than that of general phone and had no whistling or ringing.

Abstract: The design of the software in the training system of reconnaissance radar analysis, which is object-oriented, fully makes use of the development thought of UML. It makes clear the requirements of system function, constructs the use case digrams of the system and the relevant class diagrams. Using the tool of UML dynamic modeling, it respectively describes the scene generator module, radar signal generator module, reconnaissance radar analysis training module of the target system in detail. The users interface and the data base structure of the system are designed in great detail and all the subsystem in target system are designed and developed.

Abstract: Nowadays, patent early-warning becomes a hotspot with the increase of patent disputes events. Many methods have been developed to solve this problem especially patent map. Therefore, in order to facilitate patent analysis based on patent map, we proposed a visualization model of patent early-warning according to present researches and developed a prototype system in this paper. With the aid of computer and experts, users obtained more comprehensive and more precise results on both microcosmic and macroscopic levels.

Abstract: In clinical application, medical images tend to be low contrast, bigger or more speckle noise, and they will affect the effective use of medical images. Medical image enhancement can solve the problem of the low contrast of the image, so as to get more clear details of images. An algorithm of the medical image enhancement is proposed based on the binary wavelet transform in the paper. Firstly, the medical image was carried through dyadic wavelet transform, then the high-frequency information was de-noised, and then to enhance the high frequency information which was de-noised; at last, the enhanced high-frequency sub-images and the low-frequency sub-images were reconstructed by inverse dyadic wavelet transform. Finally, a better visual effect can be got by a subsection grayscale transform. The experiment results show the enhanced effect of proposed method is better than those of the wavelet transform.

Abstract: The adaptive filter has capacity of well-run and tracking the input statistics varying with time under some unknown circumstance. It can modify the response of oneself to improve his performance without intervention by person during the operation time. The paper adopt the LRLS method to eliminating the disturbance of platform and analyses simulant the calibration of ranging and angulation of the radar, the disposal result can tracking the true value closely and decrease the disturbance , which get the prospective purpose .

Abstract: It is known that almost perfect nonlinear (APN) functions have many applications in cryptography, and a quadratic function is crooked if and only if it is APN. In this paper, we introduce two infinite classes of quadratic crooked multinomials on fields of order 22m. One class of APN functions constructed in [8] is a particular case of the one we construct in Theorem 1. Moreover, we prove that the two classes of crooked functions constructed in this paper are EA inequivalent to power functions and conjecture that CCZ inequivalence between them also holds.

Abstract: Medical images registration technique is important to the modern clinical medicine. A registration algorithm of medical images is proposed in the paper. The algorithm consists of two part, i.e. the rough registration and the fine registration. In the rough registration procedure, the contour lines of the couple medical images are obtained at first, then they are resampled to obtain fewer contour feature points. The rough registration is accomplished based on the resampled contour lines and the Principal Axes method. In the fine registration procedure, the simplified multiwavelet transform is used to obtain the couple images multiscale information at first, then part of high-frequency coefficients are selected as registration objects. In addition, the selected high-frequency sub-bands are filtered by their mathematical expectation, and hierarchical registration strategy is used in the registration process. The experiment results show that the proposed registration algorithm is an effect method, not only the registrations precision can be held, but also the calculation cost is reduced.

Abstract: Relations between users on online social media sites often reflect a mixture of positive and negative interactions. The network composed by those positive and negative relations is called signed social network. We design a web crawler to collect the data base on a special web event of battle between Fang Zhouzi and Han Han. And we construct a signed social network with sentiment weighted relationships base on this empirical data. Under this empirical spread web structure, we construct an extended SIR spread model in such a signed social network with sentiment weighted relationships, and we study influence with the network factors of signed, directed and weighted on opinion spreading. Under this model, we could know the proportion of signed edges is most important factor to the spread result.

Abstract: Highly skilled systems are the master hands and examples in the production line. The systems that have innovative sense and high-skilled ability are required by not only the modern science and technology revolution, but also the economical and social development of a nation. In high-skilled systems, especially the system of computer with stronger practicality and operability, how to strengthen the cultivation of the ability of innovation and high-skilled is very important. The paper analyzed the connotation of innovative high-skilled systems. Taking the growth mechanism in innovative high-skilled systems as an example, and school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning as starting point, it explores and practices on the training mode. According to the construction of high level productive practice training base, it can provide reference for similar researches of growth mechanism in training innovative high-skilled talents.
