Abstract: A novel ECG filtering algorithm was researched, which was suitable for the MSP430 platform. Several ECG signal wavelet denoising algorithms were simulated on matlab to compare their filtering effect. The mexican-hat wavelet denoising algorithm can get a better effect on filtering of ECG signal (No. 203 data from the MIT-BIH ECG database). The time complexity of the algorithm is O(n2), and the SNR can also be up to 66%.

Abstract: New energy vehicle development has been incorporated into China's twelfth five year development plan, motor and controller are core components in the new energy vehicle, high efficiency, light weight, low cost of the motor and the controller are the R & D personnel goal. In recent years, small volume, light weight, large starting torque of plane magnetic field electric machine are suitable for electric cars. This paper introduces the structure principle of plane magnetic field motor and its control, the prototype was done based on three motor drive system by testing each experiment and pass the test of each motor mounted to the vehicle. The motor speed, torque and vehicle speed, mileage and other data obtained in plane magnetic field motor in electric vehicle has great advantages in application of conclusion.

Abstract: A novel mine-used water-pressure sensor is presented in this paper, the configuration, working principle and design of main circuits are introduced in detail. Using pressure sensor, high precision 24 bits A/D converter AD7714 and low power consumption MCU P89LPC932 to complete the water-pressure measurement, and transferred the measuring results to upper computer through M-BUS, realized the stability measurement of high precision and low power consumption.

Abstract: Viewing the problems of lower power factor, high harmonic content, lots of switch losses in tubes of lagging bridge arm when using FB-ZVS-PWM converter in plating power supply, this paper applied the three-level PWM rectifier technology to electroplating power supply, A new converter has been researched. Both different converters have also been compared and analyzed. Phase shift pulse generator and simulation models have been established in Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the PS-FB-ZVZCS PWM converter is more suitable for plating power supply, phases of current and voltage are synchronous, it has the advantages of higher power factor, low harmonic content. All the switch tubes have achieved soft switch, reducing the switch losses, it can improve the efficiency and its performance effectively.

Abstract: Photoelectric detection technology is a kind of new technology of non-contact measurement in terms of the modern photoelectric devices such as laser, infrared ray and optical cable. Through the detecting on the radiation with the information of the detecting objects and extracting the useful information by the input circuits, inputting LED from the A/D interface, and then the parameters such as geometric quantity or physical quantity are displayed. The design of illumination intensity measure instrument is based on photoelectric detection technology. It receives the incident light through the photodiode and converts the light energy into electrical energy. Have been filtered and amplified, the current is converted into digital value by the ICL7106 A/D converter, and the accurate data is displayed on the LED digital tube. So the data is the value of Illumination intensity at the moment.

Abstract: Optical components require multi-dimensional adjustment when being accurately detecting its surface shape.The most of existing adjusting mounts are hand regulation that their efficiency and resolution are lower. Against this situation,a motor-driven four-dimensional adjusting mount which is high resolution and stability is designed. An experiment against the whole structure and the static analysis of key component were carried out. Analysis and experimental results show that the the four-dimensional adjustment mounts can realize the translation adjustment in X, Y direction and the angular adjustment indirection. The angular displacement resolution is and linear displacement adjustment resolution is when the load is 37 kg.

Abstract: Gas insulated switchgears (GIS) occupy an important position in the power system. Insulating spacers surface discharge is an important factor to the safe operation of GIS. The authors set up different insulation defect models in insulator surface and use the UV camera to observe the surface discharge phenomena, we have obtained the following conclusions: (1) the photon numbers increase with increasing length of the models, however, there are many repetitive experiments show that it has saturation characteristic ;(2) When the same kind of simulation insulation fault in different position, the initial discharge voltage is different, photon numbers under the same voltage also is put in bigger difference;(3) When the distance between insulation defect models and bar is more than 6 cm, the discharge decreased significantly under the same voltage, and the ultraviolet photon numbers decreased significantly. These conclusions is helpful to following in-depth study of insulator surface charge characteristics, and provide the certain basis for the scene detection of GIS partial discharge.

Abstract: Function detecting method on height control module of automatic unlocking device for parachute are explored, principle scheme and framework of the function detecting system for height control module are developed. Intelligent testing method for displacement of aneroid capsule that is the most important key component in the height control module of automatic unlocking device is put forwarded. Displacement sensor based on differential transformer is adopted to acquire the displacement information of the aneroid capsule. Sensor testing circuit and the signal processing circuit are designed. In order to make the high altitude simulation test of displacement variability of capsule stack, experimental chamber of pressure control and test based on SCM control technique is developed, furthermore, experimental data of pressure and displacement are analyzed and processed. It is shown that accuracy of displacement is lower than 0.05mm, and pressure resolution is controlled within 0.06hPa. The detecting system can be used for reliability test for height control module of Automatic Unlocking Device, and the testing and controlling methods above can be also applied for displacement and pressure measurement of other similar mechanical components.

Abstract: The work process of oil fuel burner consists of atomization and combustion of oil. In this process, different atomization and air-distribution methods would affect the quality of combustion and then bring out problems of life-span of the burner, energy efficiency and environmental pollution. Therefore, in this paper, different air distribution devices and different sizes of nozzles are designed, and the numerical simulation software, Fluent 6.3, was employed to simulate the flow field of different conditions in combustor,. Through the simulation, the best work condition was achieved, which could help to provide optimization design parameters of the combustor.

Abstract: The bitmap of contact angle image collected from optics contact angle system was processed on Vectorization with step-scan method. Then, the outline curve of image was got with sample`s curve-fitting. The precision of contact angle which was calculated from that curve compared with out of vectorization increased greatly. Moreover, it could edit to the image expediently.
