Abstract: Monitoring system for transformation and distribution equipments plays an important role in offshore platform safety production. This paper introduces the OPC technology and discusses the requirements and architecture of this monitoring system. For the convenience of monitoring data exchange, OPC technology is applied in the design and realization of the monitoring system. An OPC server is created for the monitoring data publication, and the monitoring system can get cable load current data from the OPC server in the central control system. In this way,the monitoring system can exchange monitoring data with the central control system more efficiently.

Abstract: The signal to noise ratio (SNR) of coincidence points is the essential factor for the quality of coordinate transformation. The reliability indicators mean the distribution of spatial information, detectability and defensibility of noises respectively. The simulation indicators mean the simulation capacity for various requirements. Experiment has inspected influencing of distribution of spatial information and transformation model on the indicators. It is pointed out that some methods to improve distribution of spatial information, and the applicable condition for transformation models with their performances on the indicators above.

Abstract: Chinese domestic satellite HJ-1 was launched in 2008, now it has become a significant resource for environment monitoring because its Multispectral data are characterized by 2-day temporal resolution, 30 m spatial resolution and 700 km breadth. A study case was made that HJ-1 multispectral data were used for retrieving aggregative trophic level index (TLI()) of water body of lakes in Wuhan, China. The aim of this study is to evaluate the probability of HJ-1 Multispectral data on estimating the eutrophic level of inland water. At first, the TLI() of sampling spots of some lakes in Wuhan were calculated using the monitoring water quality data. In the mean time, the NDVI of corresponding spots were calculated from the HJ-1 multispectral data which had been taken radiometric calibration and geometric correction beforehand. After that, a remote sensing inversion model for TLI() had been built through linear regression using the NDVI as independent variables. Finally, the TLI() of all water bodies of Wuhan lakes were inversed with this model and a map for its spatial distribution was drawn up. Results demonstrated that there were good linear correlation relationships between the TLI() and NDVI of HJ-1 Multispectral data, and the distribution of inversed TLI() of the lakes accorded with the reality quite well. According to the above, an inference can be made that the methods to evaluate lakes eutrofication based on the HJ-1 satellite multispectral data may provide a cheap and rapid way for real-time monitoring and evaluation of lakes eutrophication.

Abstract: In order to meet the demand of test paper in the network test system, the paper establishes test paper mathematical model, uses the integer coding strategy, and applies the improved genetic algorithm to the auto-generating test paper module. Abstract: After many Internet-scale worm incidents in recent years, it is clear that a simple self-propagating worm can quickly spread across the Internet and cause severe damage to our society. Facing this great security threat, we need to build an early detection system. With coming of information society, the most important thing for all countries around the world is to terminate digital divide. Many searches to realize the condition of digital divide utilize diverse methods answering to standards of modern science. It also assess benefit in need of the falling head scheme resolved by government organizations. According to this paper, it presents divergence in gender by using weibo. In a conclusion, Male takes weibo as a tool to pass time. Female is caring for weibo about entertainments and social events. Male is caring for weibo about politics, sports and economy. There are only few obvious divergences in using webio by gender.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer networks,more and more measurements need to relay on the network.But there are only a small amount of instruments with network interface.To access the network,we design a network agent for the instruments with different interfaces. We connect the host with the instrument through the network agent.The agent communicates with the host by using HiSLIP(High-Speed LAN Instrument Protocol ).The client soft front panel controls the instrument based on the VISA(Virtual Instrument Software Architecture) and HiSLIP.We use the Labwindow/CVI to design the soft panel.We can use the soft front panel to manipulate the instrument by the agent quickly and easily.

Abstract: This paper designed a greenhouse environment monitoring platform with characteristic of video surveillance by making full advantages of embedded Linux system and ARM11 chip. Based on embedded Linux and Qt/Embedded, an on-site greenhouse environment monitoring software was developed. It provided a friendly human-machine interface, combined with a variety of network communication technology, analysed the collected data intelligently and finally created optimal environment for crop growth by running Multiple factor coordinated control algorithm automatically. Leveraging the camera and the built-in multi-format codec, a video surveillance system was developed to monitor the crop environment and growth in greenhouse. Thereby, our platform integrated an environment monitoring system and a video surveillance system. The experimental results show that the platform runs stably in parallel, data transmission is highly reliable, the digitalization and visualization of greenhouse is achieved efficiently. The platform has wide application value.

Abstract: The DAB (Data Acquisition Board) is a key component of the VMPHA (Virtual Multi-channel Pulse Height Analyzer). In order to assist the design of the VMPHA, the influence of the DAB on the performances of the VMPHA has been studied through the method of theoretical analysis in this paper. The Sampling Rate, the LSB (Least Significant Bit) and the Data Transfer Rate of the DAB have decisive effects on the performance of the VMPHA. The Sampling Rate and the LSB are the two main factors that determine the energy resolution which is one of the most important performance indicators for the VMPHA. Another most important performance indicator for the VMPHA, the number of channels, is determined by the LSB alone. Moreover, the relationship among the three key performance parameters of the DAB is mutual influence. At the end of the paper, the selection method of the DAB for developing a VMPHA is summarized and presented.

Abstract: It is especially important to save energy and prolong the network lifetime because the WSN nodes energy is limited. Optimizing the routing algorithm for WSN is one of the important ways to reduce energy consumption. LEACH routing protocol is the first cluster-based routing protocol for wireless sensor networks. But LEACH have some deficiencies, such as agreement of uneven clustering, the nodes energy imbalance, frequent clustering and consume too much energy. The paper proposes an improved LEACH protocol to solve the above problem. It takes the residual energy of the nodes into account when nodes selected the cluster-head so that the nodes that hold high-energy have the high possibility to be selected as cluster-head. The improved algorithm uses the incomplete clustering which does not need to cluster every round but interval cluster. Simulation results show that the improved LEACH protocol effectively increases the nodes energy utilization and extends the network lifetime.

Abstract: An implementation of wireless image acquisition node with low power dissipation, low cost, and high performance is proposed and testing results on transmission range and time are presented. The node is designed by using the latest high-performance microprocessor and CMOS image sensor and suits for situation where the demand for real-time performance is not strong.
