Abstract: A bionic active inchworm endoscopy micro robot was designed which was driven by a flexible 3-DOF (Degree of Freedom) pneumatic artificial actuator for inspection in small industrial pipes or in human cavities online. The driving and the resistance forces on the robot were analyzed and the kinemics equation was set up according to small pipe environment with working fluid. Applying PWM (Pulse Width Modulation: PWM) techniques, the robot can move continuously by computer control. The experiment results prove the robot has good performances and has the capability of doing inspecting work online.

Abstract: The wireless network technology can achieve harmony and coordination of residential environment, this paper studies the smart home system energy saving control system design, system design ensures the correct transmission of data in the system of communication protocols. This class smart home smart home system using traditional control technology and system improvements made, there is a certain degree of intelligence programs home improvement, cost, and power consumption is significantly reduced, improving the accuracy of the data transfer for the establishment of a targeted communication conflict-free data transmission protocol, and ultimately achieve intelligent energy control.

Abstract: In algorithms of obstacle avoidance for autonomous mobile robot, APF algorithm is simple, real-time and smooth, but has some limitations for solving problems. For example, the local minimum point may trap mobile robots before reaching its goal. Even though many improved APF algorithms have been put forward, few articles describe the process in detail to show how these algorithms are applied. Considering above factors, this paper focuses on embodiment of abstract improved theory for APF algorithm by showing some changes with formulas and parameters. The whole work has been done in simulation environment. According to the results this paper draws a conclusion.

Abstract: The heat generated during Titanium alloy cutting can cause bad products, which must be eliminated by Sorting System. This paper describes the design and implementation of serial communication between the automatic sorting machine and the host computer, introduces the system framework and the software flow, and gives a detailed introduction to the communication process, parameters setting and also gives part of the MFC dialog-based serial communication program. It shows that the design and implementation completely meets the requirements of systems performance and function.

Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of aircraft, a high quality dual-redundancy rudder servo system is designed. Dual-redundancy BLDCM and redundancy strategy are applied. A dual-redundancy BLDCM mathematical model is established. Using matlab/simulink, the simulation of motor is given. The control strategy based on position loop, velocity loop and current balance loop is designed. The simulation of dual-redundancy rudder servo system shows that the system has a good dynamic response and high steady-state accuracy. The performance of the servo system is excellent.

Abstract: The maglev suspension system is a typical nonlinear hysteretic system, which has characteristics of essential unstability, nonlinearity and parametric uncertainty. In this paper, a disturbance observer is designed on the basis of conventional PID control model of maglev system. Simulation results denote that: this control method has more advantages in anti-disturbance ability, response speed, stability, robustness, dynamic and static performances compared with the conventional PID control.

Abstract: The artificial potential field method is one of multi-robot formation control methods. In this paper we make a study on multi-robot formation control based on the artificial potential field method and the leader-follower method. The robots are set leader robot and follower robots respectively. According to the known ideal distance between the leader and follower, we adjust the repulsiveness or attractiveness to maintain multi-robot formation. Multi-robots obstacle avoidance is adopted the artificial potential field method. In this paper the triangle formation is taken as an example. At last the simulation result proves the validity of this algorithm.

Abstract: The instant processing technology and intelligent analysis technology are researched in the paper. Then a processing task system is designed combining with the two technologies, whose realization process is described in detail. The system can settle the question that instant processing and intelligent analysis cant dispatch effectively and interchange data in the present technologies of intelligent electricity. It can also assure the timeliness and accuracy of the business scenario process of intelligent electricity with multiple time dimensions.

Abstract: The misplacement problem in library has been for a long time, most of those present solutions are temporary. For thoroughly resolving this problem, we designed a smart bookshelf which based on RFID and used C# and SQL Sever2008. Hardware of system composed by UHF tags worked at frequency range of 920MHz, RFID readers, antennas. Software of system included two parts: inventory check, misplacement check. It can complete the statistical work of available and borrowed books, find those misplaced books and check their corresponding correct place. The test results suggest that the system is running stable, the accuracy of data read is relatively high, the find and compare results are according with expected results. This system can save labor and improve work efficiency.

Abstract: Self-healing is the most important feature of smart distribution network. This paper analyzes the mathematic model and the optimization scenario of the loop closing power supply switching operation in the self-healing frame. An effective distribution network loop closing optimization strategy is proposed, which is significant for reducing loop closing operation risk and increasing the stability of power supply.
