Abstract: It is armed at the problems of the aging of machining equipment which can not satisfy the new technological requirement in the machining plants nowadays. The scheme and operating principle of Z512 bench-type drilling machine was introduced through combining the traditional machinery with the modern NC(Numerical Control), thus the way of technological reforming for machinery plants was offered.

Abstract: The adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in critical infrastructures, e.g. smart grids and power plants, facilitates the interoperation between components but introduces new security issues as well. Based on the survey of typical Industrial Control Systems (ICSs) in the power grid corporation, a three-layer abstract model of electric ICS is built in this paper. A corresponding security test and evaluation model is then proposed and detailed steps, components and methods involved are described. The proposed model can be considered to be the guide to carry out security test and evaluation activities so as to enforce the security protection of ICS in electric industry.

Abstract: Control model for spare parts inventory is established based on the optimal replenishment cycle. The replenishment cycle impact on the spare parts inventory control is analyzed as well as the demand forecasting. First, the optimal replenishment cycle is given by using the method of the lowest cost of inventory. Then according to the demand characteristic of the spare parts, the safety stock can be calculated. Finally on the basis of the demand forecasting, the calculation method of spare parts replenishment quantity is given. A numerical example is presented to verify the validity and practicability of the model.

Abstract: Usability is a key indicator in the evaluation of Human-Machine Interface (HMI). ECDIS has a typical HMI for e-Navigation system. In order to improve the usability of ECDIS HMI, it is necessary to carry out usability evaluation. This paper investigated the time spent in executing typical navigation operations using two common designs, which are based on single document and dialog box. The accuracy of the theoretical prediction was verified against actual test results, and the efficiency of the two design schemes was compared. The research results can provide scientific guidance to improve the usability of ECDIS and design of HMI.

Abstract: This paper proposed a multiobjective artificial bee colony algorithm (MOABC) to solve the reliability redundancy allocation problem (RAP) with multiple objectives, which introduces rank value and crowding distance in the greedy selection strategy, applies fast non-dominated sort procedure in the exploitation search and inserts tournament selection in the onlooker bee phase. The number of redundancy components is to be decided so as to maximize the availability and minimize the designing cost of the system simultaneously. It shows that the proposed algorithm can solve multiobjective redundancy allocation problem efficiently.

Abstract: A reverse logistics network for municipal solid wastes is designed. A fuzzy chance constrained programming model that the uncertain recovery quantity described by fuzzy parameter is put forward. The model is solved by transforming it to a deterministic mix integer linear programming model after making the fuzzy constraints clear. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the model. And this paper analyzes the influence of different confidence level to the model.

Abstract: Customer demand is the driving force behind the development of enterprises. It is the core of mass customization production mode that access to customer demand information, analysis and management. Questionnaire is an important way to get customer demand. This paper presents a design of closed-end questionnaire about electric bicycle which has two characteristics: (1) highlighted the access to subject features of customer. (2)The numerical answers will be processed using fuzzy logic.

Abstract: By using human factor principles and MOD method, it analyzed the existing processes of a manufacturing enterprise to find some defects in existing logistics equipments, and improved the program so that workers could complete the corresponding operation with more reasonable action , thereby reducing workers’ fatigue strength and improving operating efficiency. It also built virtual models and designed simulation experiments to obtain data related to human factors and evaluate the improving program based on JACK simulation software.

Abstract: Medical devices become increasingly part of the network, a variety of network reliability, safety and management issues are continuing to emerge in medical healthcare. The networked healthcare environment risk management standard IEC 80001 addresses the current task. Both the definition of roles and responsibilities and procedures of medical IT-network risk management of IEC 80001 are furthered analyzed.

Abstract: In this paper, the problem about the distribution network planning considering distributed generators is researched. Firstly, distribution network planning model is formulated based on economy and security objectives. Secondly, an improved hybrid algorithm is proposed based on ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm in order to get better performance. Finally, the method has been tested on a typical radial distribution system to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
