Abstract: A number of major and key military transportation projects will be launched consecutively in the Twelfth Five-year Plan period, bringing new opportunities and challenges to scientific information service. The concerns deserving attentions and considerations of scientific information departments and workers are to understand the project needs, to pool all efforts to further develop the resources and to improve their services, in order to meet the information needs of major and key projects. In this paper, the author aims to build up the scientific information support system for major and key military transportation projects in the Twelfth Five-year Plan period and proposes constructive suggestions for developing support system.

Abstract: Based on the OpenGL technology and advantages of GIS development platform, this paper introduces the process of the design and implementation of 3D earthquake marking system. The system can not only accurately mark key targets under the 3D geographic scene in accordance with the three-level marking principles of the danger and importance, but also intuitively reflect the site conditions and effectively provide ancillary support for the earthquake emergency rescue work.

Abstract: In this paper, a TCM constitution clinical decision support system is introduced. The features, functions, structure and working flow of this system are discussed and illustrated in detail. This system is composed of 5 modules. They are query module, investigation construction module, investigation modification module, investigation deletion module and data analysis module respectively. The property information, constitution information and tongue feature information are collected through investigation construction module. The constitution types of the testers can be automatically recognized and the prescriptions related to specific constitutions are automatically produced. Through data analysis module, specificities and sensitivities between the specific constitutions and the tongue features can be automatically obtained. The implementation of this system is of important value and guiding function during the process of TCM clinical diagnoses and treatments.

Abstract: Nowadays, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is world used in the construction industry, especially in those developing countries in the North America and Europe. In China, only some big design institutes are or have been applying this technology. This paper concretely the situation and barrier of using BIM in China, expounds its application prospect in China based on the relationship between BIM technology and the related parties.

Abstract: BIM technology used more widely in construction industry in developed countries in Europe and the United States, the integration of building information modeling (BIM) in the domestic large-scale propulsion was still difficult, and further the trend of widening the gap with foreign advanced level. In order to identify problems and solve the current status quo, and cut into the integrated information from project management point of view of China's architectural design, and analysis the status quo of BIM technology in our project management and developmental disabilities, and BIM-based technology and related parties mutual relations, to explain the development prospects of its application in China.

Abstract: This visualization system aimed at collecting and storing environmental data and crops growing data so as to establish the relationship between environmental data and crop growth data.In order to solve the problem of big data storage,this paper put forward a new system architecture “Data collect+Cloud+Android”,which took advantage of cloud platform to store greenhouse environmental data and crops growth 3D data.Greenhouse environmental data was automatically uploaded to cloud platform and Android smart phone exchanged data with cloud platform.The greenhouse visualization system included:3D visualization of parameters in greenhouse,3D crop model,traceability system and video in greenhouse.During the test,the system runs smoothly and no data packet loss.

Abstract: The good match of IT and business is an important prerequisite to ensure business strategy and the value of enterprise information investments. With the intensive application of IT and the rapidly changing of environment, the match of IT and business should be more concerned about its dynamic characteristics and evolution law. Based on the research analysis of IT and business matching, the strategic alignment model (SAM model) and the business-IT strategic alignment maturity model (LAM model), the paper introduces the dynamic capabilities to build an IT and business matching and evolutionary path model under the action of dynamic capabilities. In the model, nine paths and four steps are proposed to describe the matching and evolution of IT and business. The roles of dynamic capabilities are explained in describing the matching and evolution paths, such as perception, capital-and technology path dependence, learning, dynamic feedback, resource restructuring and reconfiguration, team, coordination and innovation etc. It has a strong reference to the deep research of IT and business alignment, matching and evolutionary path and the enterprise information technology applications.

Abstract: Enterprise often face to limit financial resources but also have to consider how to invest effectively on a number of projects in the various factors of the risks and benefits in different periods. In order to assure the optimal investment results of capital investment, this paper has established dynamic programming model which is multi-dimensional and multi-objective and fuzzy optimization, dynamic programming and genetic algorithm is combination to solve investment decision of enterprise. At last, this paper through an example to verify the validity of dynamic programming model.

Abstract: The IT capabilities driven model and the IT capabilities evolutionary model which based on the integration of competitive strategy, resource based view and dynamic capabilities view are built. This driven model studies the improvement and affects of IT capabilities for performance and core competencies. The driven model explains the process of IT capabilities which includes the classifications of IT capabilities, the external environment chances and threat, induction and feedback, integration and reconstruction of resources, the strategy fit and integration. The IT capabilities evolutionary model is abstracted from the process of driven model, and it explains the IT capabilities evolve into new IT capabilities after a cyclic process of old IT capabilities effects. The two models also build a structure of IT capabilities which can be used in assessing the enterprise IT capability system.

Abstract: This paper examines ERP implementation and its critical failure factors in ERP implementation. We focused on the five famous ERP implementation based on which we identified the most common issues during ERP implementation. The main part deals with poor planning and its impact on ERP implementation and provides different views and recommendation to avoid failure in ERP implementation.
