Abstract: Based on the research of maturity model, through the analysis of the system, establishes the enterprise group management maturity model, which including standard of group control maturity level, index system and comprehensive evaluation index. Objectively and quantitatively reflect the level of enterprise management, and help to find the weak link of enterprise group control, so as to formulate corresponding measures for improvement.

Abstract: Aimed at the absence of management of the experimental process in Animal Management System, this paper proposed to use open source workflow engine -- Jbpm and SSH(Structs + Hibernate + Spring) framework combine with Petri Nets thought to build Animal Experience Management System. In order to obtain availability and comprehensiveness, the target system can not only collect, store, analyze the experimental data but also can manage the experimental process.

Abstract: The business modeling method with the center of Artifact is introduced. The business model is found with the example of purchasing business. The colored Petri net is employed to present the business model. Furthermore, the key Artifact characters in the model is analyzed and demonstrated by the CPN tool.

Abstract: This paper simulates the changes of the industries output after the business tax changing to the value added tax by using a general equilibrium model. The result show that, without burdening the tax of the tertiary industry, the VAT pilot reform can enhance the development of the primary , secondary and tertiary industry. It promotes the development of the primary and secondary industry obviously, but no significant influence for the primary industry.

Abstract: Scheduling the workflow in a dynamic environment is an important issues for actual application because of service resources changed dynamically . In this paper, a cost-compensation-based dynamic scheduling algorithm (CCDSA) is constructed for the dynamic service-workflows. Related rules are defined, local re-scheduling workflow is performed by judging the influence range of abnormal nodes. Comparing CCDSA with HPSO, experimental results show that CCDSA obtains satisfied solutions, and has good adaptability and stability.

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of people evacuation from hazardous regions and reduce the ill effects of disasters, a distributed decision support system for large scale crowd evacuation is proposed. The system is supported by the technology of Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS). Basically, by analyzing the system framework we may acquire a novel approach to establish a distributed large-scale crowd evacuation platform for emergency management. Research results show that the proposed system is useful for devising evacuation plans in advance as well as real-time management under disaster.

Abstract: For the rarely used spare parts, as the traditional predicting methods can't keep the high accurateness, the BP neural network is used to predict the rarely used spare parts demand. Firstly, the rarely used spare parts definition and its characteristics are given in this paper. Then the three layer BP neural network model is established, the back propagation algorithm is used as the learning algorithm. Finally, the rarely used spare parts-bus coupler consumption data is used for simulation analysis based on Guangzhou Subway line 3. The results show that the prediction is good.

Abstract: The paper presented an optimization scheduling problem in complex conditions. A genetic algorithm and tabu search hybrid algorithm (GATS) was designed to solve this problem. The algorithm used the global optimization capacity of genetic algorithm and the local hill climbing advantage of tabu search in the search process. The principium of the algorithm was introduced and a contrast experiment was carried out. The experiment and the analysis indicate the validity of the GATS to the optimization scheduling problem in complex conditions.

Abstract: Automatic classification retrieval for soil types has become a hot spot in the study of soil science and related fields in recent years. But almost all the studies ignored that the retrieval rules need to made revision continuously. When the retrieval rules have changed, we had to rewrite the reasoning code. It hinders the popularization and application of automatic soil classification retrieval system. This paper attempts to utilize the rule engine technique to solve the problem mentioned above. According to "Keys to Chinese Soil Taxonomy", the rule based on the form of RuleML was established, which can be modified and expanded easily. Finally, the automatic retrieval system for Soil Taxonomy is implemented with NxBRE.
