Numerical Analysis of Piston's Trajectory for a New Kind Engine

Abstract:

Kinematic analysis method is used to verify the feasibility of a new kind rotary engine which is proposed recently. Firstly, a coordinate system and relevant parameters are presented for the engine, and then the kinematic theory model of key components in system are built, based on this model, the law of pistons motion is studied at last. The results could provide an effective reference to the study on design and manufacture of this engine.
