Study on Selection for Large Loading Point in Uncertain Environment

Abstract:

This paper investigates the construction of large loading point. It is a very complex project, because there are many factors can sway the selection. In the environment of the amount of resources uncertain, the location models use bi-level programming is established in the alternative point. Finally the example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
